LOS ANGELES -- Corey Seager slugged a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh, his second of the game, to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to another late come-from-behind win, 6-4 over the San Francisco Giants on Friday night.

Trailing 4-2, the Dodgers got doubles from Joc Pederson and Chris Taylor to tie the game and set Seager up for the game-winner.

Los Angeles only had two hits off Giants starter Matt Moore (3-11) through six innings before Pederson's double knocked him out of the game. George Kontos relieved and induced Yasiel Puig into a run-scoring groundout, but then gave up Taylor's double to left to tie the game.

The Giants summoned left-hander Chris Osich to face Seager, who deposited a hanging slider into the seats.

Alex Wood (12-1) got the win despite allowing four hits and three runs in the seventh. He allowed eight hits and four runs on the night, his second straight shaky outing after allowing just six earned runs in his previous 10 games.

The Dodgers pushed a run home in the fifth without a hit thanks to Giants miscues, a wild pitch and throwing error by Nick Hundley.

San Francisco parlayed some well-placed hits and an error to take a 4-2 lead in the seventh.

A Buster Posey blooper fell in between a trio of Dodgers, and Seager then threw wildly on a potential double play to put a runner on second with one out.

Giants third baseman Jae-gyun Hwang singled under Seager's glove to tie the game at two. Nick Hundley then hit a line drive past third baseman Justin Turner, Hwang scoring from first and Hundley taking third on the throw to the plate.

Gorkys Hernandez lined a double over the head of Peterson in center field to make it 4-2.

Moore went 6 1/3 innings, allowing three hits and four runs.

The Dodgers have won six straight and are now 41 games over .500. They are 37-6 since June 7.

Kenley Jansen struck out the side in the ninth for his 26th save.

The teams were tied 1-1 early on matching solo home runs.

Seager hit his 17th of the season off Moore, a drive to left-center, in the bottom of the first.

Brandon Crawford hit his ninth of the season with one out in the second off Wood, a deep shot to right field, to tie the score.

Wood allowed four hits in the first five innings and was helped by Seager, who made a nice catch of a blooper to start an inning-ending double play.

The Dodgers pushed a run home in the fifth. Moore walked Austin Barnes, who went to second on a wild pitch and took third when Hundley's throw sailed into center.

After an out, Pederson walked. Pederson took off on a 3-2 pitch to Wood, who hit a grounder to Crawford. There was only one play to first and Barnes scored on the play.
