SC is very strong 1 through 5 with one of the thinest benches you've ever seen. If Taj Gibson or Jefferson get into foul trouble, SC could be in trouble. I actually think SC matches up better against Wiscy than they do against K State but we'll see.
UCLA could play their bench and get to the Final 4. Unbelievable.

Here's the thing. It's not just Oregon that has had to change their playbook. Rasshan at QB for the Bruins means a LOT of running plays. This game has 17-10 or something like that written all over it. Oregon still has so much to play for that they will not open it up. Under, under, under

Take this advice from a lifelong Rams fan: We ain't ready to beat anyone on the road. Especially against a team that is starting to figure it out.

The Pac-10 and SEC are the 1-2 punch because of the great recruits they've been pulling, but an almost bigger reason? Look at the coaching advantage in these two conferences! You bring Erickson and Ty Willingham back to the PAC-10 and Saban and Urban Meyer to the SEC and look what you get. And really yall, think about what a tough sell some of these other conferences have. You're a 5 star kid getting recruited by everyone and you can either go play in L.A. for Pete Caroll, Gainsville for Urban Meyer, or South Bend for Weis? Good luck Charlie!
LSU has the great defense and Oregon has great skill people. LSU -6.5 if they played in the Sugar right now and give me the Ducks!

How would you like to be a local in Boston right now? I mean, my god! The Sox sweep, B.C., the Patriots are a covering machine, the Celtics by 20 tonight and on and on and on. If I was a local there right now I'd have the Pats -7.5 cause you know the fine citizens will lay it right now!

Great thread as always Garfather.
I agree Zona, LOTS of value in the PAC-10 this week... I like all four of those. Especially Cal.
I want to take Penn St. ML so bad, but doesn't Ohio State always win these kind of games by a field goal?

On your 10 point teaser, wouldn't you have Rutgers +13?

Cal, Cal and Cal in that order... and it's close for 4th, but I think it's probably Cal. And ANYONE from Berkeley that tries to tell you about their great academics, tell them you've got 2 words for them: RUSSELL and WHITE. I've had more fun at the DMV than at the last Cal tailgate I went to (and I've been to 4). Classless students and alumni, no knowledge of their football history at all (what history you say? Good point). And the UCLA apple didn't fall very far from the tree, but I swear the Bruins at least know how to accept a vicory and take a loss without throwing things.

Rams lose by 30. Honest to God, it doesn't matter who they are playing right now. Fire Linehan! Take that person Georgia with you!

First of all, EVERY year is "rumored" to be Caroll's last year at SC. Second of all, USC didn't give anything to Reggie Bush but the ball and a full ride.
Sanchez was "horrid" in high school? I've officially heard it all.
That being said, I wouldn't lay 3 touchdowns on this team right now. O line is beyond beat up, not ONE of these highly touted receivers has done anything. Especially Patrick Turner, who has T.O.'s body and Rashee Caldwell's hands. Special teams have been awful. Desmond Reed used to be like a mini Reggie until fat Charlie Weis AKA Mr. Overrated grew a jungle on the field in South Bend, now all Dez does is catch the punt/kickoff and go down when someone blows on him. Sanchez is a MUCH better athlete than Booty, but 3 TD's? Arizona has hung around in these games the last 2 years.

Love the card Stuckey
I didn't think the SEC allowed LSU to play outside of Louisiana?? Oh, that's right they played Miss. St. My bad.
Coach Fran will be seeking employment sooner than later. Get the tortillas ready, Tech by plenty.
The TCU game is a no play for me. Tavita Prichard is a tough kid and is no one hit wonder but you have to wonder how they match up on defense. Scary game. Always respect your great write ups Stuckey.
