One thing I think you have to consider is Kansas has Oklahoma next week and that could be a distraction somewhat. Maybe just enough to keep this one from a blowout. I'm thinkin Col keeps it close and covers.

Colonel I'm not sure what the teams rushing stats last year have to do with this years squad. I saw Minnesota play Ohio State and this is the best team Minnesota has had in several years. I don't think the Illinois team is anything near as good as they were last year.

What would be really cool would be for you guys to quit all the bullshit and talk football. Oahuboy I've followed your picks and you do pretty well. Let it go and don't pay any attention to that jerk.

If you look at Wake's stats it shows that they rely almost completely on their defense to win games. They do have a very good defense.
But, imo a team that is one dimensional on offense will be caught by a team that keys on their one dimension. They are 115th in rushing and if you can't run the ball your gonna get beat by a balanced team. I think Clemson will key on their passing attack and score enough points to cover and probably win. |

Over the last 10 times they have played, Clemson has been the favorite every time. Wake has won 5 pushed on 2 and Clemson won the other three.

Tulsa has played three pretty lousy teams so far and I've seen the Rice offense on tv against Texas. I'm thinkin Rice can stay with Tulsa in the scoring dept. Both defenses suck so as everyone has stated the over is probable but 80 is a hell of a lotta points. Have to go with Rice to hang with Tulsa for the cover.

Untested QB at the helm for Con. Have to go with the home team for the win and the cover.

Was at the Ohio at Ohio State game and Ohio has a pretty decent team despite their record. I think the dog will cover this one.

Why don't the injury report on this site identify the injuries that have been mentioned by several members of forum?

I'm new to posting but have been using the excellent info in here all year. Thanks for that! Just wanted to say an excellent post by Iowafatts. Tressel made himself the assistant offensive line coach this week. The line has been the problem the entire year. Four seniors and they can't block worth a shit. I don't know if he will help be the line will be his target for practice this week. Also, the Bucks are a different team with Pryor at the helm. Beanie is back. They say about 90%. I just wanted to throw a few things out there that may help you decide. I wouldn't bet against the Bucks this week. I'm not saying bet on them but be careful. They may cover.

I'm from Columbus and the word is the seniors are not happy about the possibility that Pryor will be playing more than Boechman. The coaching staff has not indicated that is what will happen but there is discontent in the house. Also, the big letdown from last weeks sorry performance is gonna hurt them bad this week. I'm a huge buckeye fan but I'm gonna jump on Troy this weekend. Just thought I'd pass along some insight to whats happening locally. You guys have been a big help to me so far so I wanted to return the favor.

I'm back to the worst D-1 schools and I believe Idaho has to be included in that list. I've made pretty nice returns just betting against them no matter what the spread in the past.
