State is extremely stout defensively, but they do NOT have anybody on the offensive side of the ball who can stretch the field vertically; in addition, Christian Hackenberg is absolutely terrible (how in the world he was the top rated QB coming out of high school is beyond me).
On the other sideline, Boston
College is one of the
most physical teams in the country on both sides of the ball and Steve Addazio wrote
the daxn book on three downs and a cloud of dust style football. This will be a low scoring meat grinder that
is played within a 12 yard radius of the line of scrimmage.
