Betonline graded this as a loss for me even though it ended 6-4, 6-2. Now they are saying it didn't go three sets and is no action. They are wrong, correct?

Had a bit of a down day today, to be honest. It happens in this game,
but the fact remains that my 67 units of profit since June far exceeds
the three units I've lost over the past three days. My customers know
that and you should find that out too.
So here is what I am going to do for you. If you email me at quietstormimd@hotmail.com, I will give you a free NFL and MLB card for Sunday. If you are satisfied, I'll cut you another deal. Either take the one month for $60 or decide to go two months for $100. Even better, how about six months of plays to your email for $250? Email me now and I'll get you started! |

If the Reds hadn't swung at a pitch all game today, they probably would have had a better chance of winning.

I found this, so I'm thinking they might playing right now with no live scoring. Too much suspense. |

Went 4-0 on posted plays last night, with the Cubs' five inning bet (probably luckily) getting voided due to the Zambrano no-go. Hoping to continue it into tonight, but more than likely it'll be a reality check.
Twins/Tigers Over 8.5 -110 The Tigers have already faced Pavano three times this year, so if they can't figure him out this time there is truly something wrong. If this game gets to the bullpens over the last few innings, it should go over the number. Cleveland +108 I'll ride a good young arm and a team that is putting it together a bit with their makeshift roster. The only downside here is that Wedge is back in the dugout tonight lol. Chicago Cubs +131 You'd think that at some point Marquis will realize who he is again. Both teams need to keep pace in their respective races and I'll go with the plus money Cubs. Mets/Padres Under 7 +100 Gutsy play I suppose, but obviously these lines are set low for a reason and the Pads are due for a home under. Plus I have a bit of a man crush on Latos. Good luck everyone! |

Stuff for Friday:
Detroit Tigers -107 Like someone else said, gotta ride the team that is great at home. Seeing more Tigers games than any other MLB team, I like how this team is starting to shape up over the last couple of months. Galarraga is the X-factor in this one, but he has at least been showing the desire to succeed and the disappointment when it hasn't happened. I look for him to get a QS tonight. Houston Astros -120 Gonna ride the Norris kid until he shows me I shouldn't. Brewers are probably a little road weary and I don't trust Villanueva one bit. Chicago Cubs +135 (first five innings) Why not? Zambrano is fully capable of pitching shutdown baseball when he is putting his anger to use towards the batter and not the water cooler. Florida/Philadelphia Under 9 Just a gut feeling. Almost took the Marlins on the moneyline, but I don't trust their bullpen. |

Jackson threw eight shutout innings earlier this season at Baltimore, plus Guthrie's last start against the Tigers was a quality one.
I'd imagine Jackson rebounds nicely from his last start, plus Guthrie will not exactly be facing an offense the calibre of Boston's as he his his last two starts. 8.5 seems about right. I'd lean under if anything. |

Not to mention the Dodgers have won 42 out of the 43 games Broxton has pitched in this year. And he didn't allow a run in two innings during that game.

Jays are not good against lefties... home opener excitement should fuel the Cleveland bats. I think Cle wins 6-1. This would be pertinent information.... if Miner threw left-handed. |

Pulled it together a bit last night by going 2-1 after an 0-fer-3 opening day. Time to keep the units going at a steady climb today. Here's what I'm playing....
Detroit Tigers +120 I think the Tigers bullpen bounces back with a solid effort tonight. Perry is itching to make his debut and Rodney wants to take advantage of his opportunity. It's just a matter of Miner giving a quality start. Cincinnati Reds -117 I'll take the better, healthier pitcher at home. Kansas City Royals -101 Why not? SF Giants +102 The Unit for a unit. Tasty. Good luck everyone! |

Got it handed to me yesterday in all three of my plays, so I decided to take most of the action in without betting on it until the west coast games. So hopefully yesterday was an aberration and tonight is back to normalcy.

Can't wait to watch baseball all day, at least until the Spartans are on. Let's get this season off to a great start. Good luck everyone.
Plays: Detroit Tigers +138 Since it's opening day, I am going to allow myself a mulligan on a homer pick. With the way Verlander has thrown most of spring training, I am banking on him matching Doc. Only thing that worries me is when the game goes to the bullpens. Houston Astros -104 My gut says that Oswalt will manage to stay more calm and collected than Zambrano on opening day. Just a matter of the Houston hitters taking advantage. Arizona D-backs RL +130 Webb gem. |

Haven't posted any plays here for a few weeks, but I plan on being a regular once the season opens so I'd better get in the habit now.
Only have one play today, didn't play anything earlier since my main focus on seeing the Sparties take out the Connvicts tonight. Wash -125 That's all I got and it mostly has to do with the starting pitching matchup, though I like the Nats lineup slightly more as well. Martis has a solid future ahead of him, while Simon hasn't show much ability to be successful. Being at home, losing last night, and trying to even up the preseason series with the O's are other reasons to back Washington. |

This comes across as an advert and I apologize. Really just was curious about daily and weekly leagues in general and this site was one I came across.

I was searching for fantasy sports sites and I came across fantasyfatcat.com. I was just wondering if anyone around here used it at all and if it is worth trying out. Seems kind of interesting with the daily and weekly leagues.

Finished up at 2-1 yesterday, glad I took my plus money and didn't try to make more on the Tigers at night. Puts me at 7-3 on posted plays.
For the 1:00 p.m. games, I've got:
Tampa Bay -120
St. Louis +100
Atlanta +130
Might be back later for Cactus League stuff.
