Doesn't bother me that he won... congratulations to him. I just found it annoying he felt the need to start 20 different threads saying the exact same fucking thing.

Since going 16-0 "wasn't a goal" because "it's been done before," what WAS your goal? Losing the Super Bowl? Because that's been done before too. 43 times, in fact. And now you're 44.

I dunno, VFR, doesn't it concern you that the Lakers are 6-0 SU and ATS following a loss this postseason?

I wouldn't play those individually either; you'll go 2-3 at best.

Looks like this prop has gotten hit hard...has anyone else noticed this? Cardinals to receive the opening kickoff has been bet all the way up to -170 at my book!
I'm guessing this is due to people noticing the Steelers winning the coin toss against the Ravens and choosing to defer. I'm thinking it might not be a bad play to go the other way and take the Steelers to receive at +140...the Cardinals are a strong offensive team, unlike the Ravens, and I think if the Steelers win the toss in this game they'll want to try and score first and make the Cardinals play from behind, as opposed to possibly letting them set the tone. Worth a shot or no? |

I dunno...the Ravens have been leaning heavily on the defense to win these last two games...will they have enough gas left in the tank to win another road game against a physical team like the Steelers? They looked pretty fatigued there in the Titans game...gave up almost 400 yards of offense...the turnovers bailed them out.

jennado, you're absolutely right...if say, Belichick was coaching the Colts, how many Super Bowls do you think they would've won by now? You can be sure it'd be more than one.

...are going to avoid going 0-16. I can't think of a team that's choked away more games in a single season than the Packers...anyone else planning to take Detroit on the ML?

I'm just curious as to whether anyone else has experienced a similar situation and what they did...here's what happened:
Back in January, I made two deposits via e-check to Bookmaker totaling about $1000 which were approved. I then doubled it after betting on the Chargers in the AFC Championship game. About a week later, I got an email from them saying that they had a problem processing the checks. So, I called them up and they told me that it was a problem on their end with the processor and asked if I could give them my bank account info again, which I did. I then promptly lost the entire balance on the Patriots in the Super Bowl. Weeks passed and to my surprise, they did not take the money out, despite the fact that I gave them the correct account info and had more than sufficient funds in my account. So anyways, today I get an email from them saying that my e-checks were returned due to me giving them an "Invalid Account Number," which I know is absolutely NOT TRUE. They then threatened to turn the debt over to a collections agency if I did not pay up in 2 weeks. Now, I know that they have no legal grounds to collect the money, but my question is, do you think that if I had ended up winning, they would've allowed me to redeposit using another method and then cashout my winnings? My opinion is that they would have told me that they were unable to process my deposit, therefore voiding my wins. I'm very curious to know if anyone's had something like this happen to them and what they did. |
