My best bet next week is the Buffalo Bills. Right now at +3 and might climb higher. Hoping for it to go higher and will make a moneyline play on them.

Curious to know what the biggest spread was in an NBA game. Miami might challenge this number when they play some crap teams. There will be some good value to go against them eventually.

Miami will be a contender, even with the rest of the team not being signed yet. They need some stand still shooters and maybe 3 bigs. They don't really have to be good, but just clog the middle. Miami should be able to get out of the east, but the Lakers are a team that will give them some big problems, and I mean BIG down low.
Now for Lebron signing, it wasn't that big of a deal as rumors were starting years ago that the 3 wanted to team up. He made the best decision that he could have. Also, remember, he will be only 30 when his contract ends and he will have a chance to shine by himself. But only then, he will already have some rings to go with it. We live in an individual country where we do things to progress our owns self. Now with other countries, they are more about society and others. So why the backlash this harsh is beyond comprehension, as we expect these things from people. Even the president does things to fullfil themself even though they are obligated to represent the best for the people. So in the end, the USA is a hypocrite in itself. Can't wait to watch the Miami circus come to town. |

No point in giving free money to people who are already playing with free money. At least I am finding people that at least side with me on this one. I have a BP account and I am not going to ask for my free play. |

Do you really need a reward system? Shouldn't your reward be the results of you capping ability?

In light of this past weekend, we have alot of people complaining about they need to be owed something. We all know who we are talking about, the BP account holders.
If all you guys are going to expect something everytime a book has a problem not in their control, what do you think the eventual outcome is going to be? Now this goes for any book. I can tell you for a fact that sooner or later you guys are only hurting BP to provide you guys a good alternative or secondary book. What I really don't understand though is why are you who want a free play, demanding it? For you new guys, bonuses, freeplays, perks, and such are not always a good thing. The only reason you feel those are good things is because you want to compensate for your lack of funds. Guess why Vegas sends you comps to come back and its on them. Simple, they know that the odds are in their favor that you will put back more into their casino than the comp they gave you. You might get lucky one trip, but you will give it back the next comp. So basically this is what freeplays and bonuses are, which the odds are even greater against the account holder as their is an extreme rollover requirement. Books know this and its a psychological game they are implementing knowing that money causes people to do irrational decisions. Now remember I am telling this to the new guys in gambling who don't do this seriously. This is just my 2cents as this site is to inform so I figured I give a brief explanation of how your actions now can dictate the books hand in later scenerios. I want to just say, Don't be mad when any book folds if your past expectations was to be compensated for problems that arise. |

RVM, why do you post such a thing? What are you going to do with a 100 w/d? You have alot to learn as the best deals out there ain't always the best books. you have to pay for service. If you want a book to keep catering to your every minor problem, then guess what, you are only giving them enough ammunition to rollover later. Think about it.

For those with BP accounts, all I read today was bitchin about can't do this and can't do that. Tell me something, why would BP, or any book for that matter, shut down on a Saturday? NO REASON. Like Richard said, it was an unavoidable circumstance. If I was an owner of an offshore book, I would be pissed I was down as I am missing alot of action and 1 day lost revenue, unhappy customers. Give BP a break as at least they made attempts to get it back up and we got an explanation of why, which is legitimate. Richard explained himself and stayed calm throughout the matter where other folks would go off on the same repetitive questioning.
And also, everyone should have a variety of books, 3 books with 1 being a local. Even Richard said in a previous post within the past month that you would need 3 books to get the best lines. Second of all, since my BP was down, I just placed what I could with the Greek and went out with the family all day. Most of you have to know that you have personal lives to attend too and seeing this drama unfold is pretty mind boggling. Don't be stuck to a computer, take it as a day off and enjoy life. Whats complaining going to do? I had to say this as it is very frustrating as I myself am a business owner and unforeseeable events do take place. We all asked what was wrong, we got an answer, yet we didn't like what we heard. BASICALLY THE BOTTOM LINE IS, A BOOK WILL NOT BE DOWN ON A SATURDAY AS THEY ARE MISSING OUT ON THE ACTION, NOT THE PLAYERS!!!! |

Sorry if this is basic algebrae but I am in a debate with my friend that there must be an easier way for him to do this.
Example 1: You have 2 NFL games, how many outcomes are possible for a 2 team parlay? The answer is 4 - Fav/Fav, Dog/Dog, Fav/Dog, Dog/Fav Example 2: You have 3 NFL games, how many outcomes are possible for a 3 team parlay? The answer is 8 - too many too list, but he did it the manual way I told him their must be a formula for calculating this out if he wanted to expand it to a 4 teamer parlay. This only relates to the sides off the games and not the totals. Anyone know if there is a faster way. It was a drinking night the past weekend and it didn't help we were all drunk and didn't listen in school. Damn I would feel dumb if the answer is simple. |

Its his non-throwing hand so it should have no affect in this mechanics and throwing ability. BUT mentally, he must be shot. If the front seven can get to him early in the second half, he may be prone to a bad judgement call on his part. I would say SFLA takes the 2nd alf because of the mental aspect in play here. He will favor his wrist and not go through the progression.
SFLA -4 2nd half |

Well the Tulsa game went as planned. The ML had a chance to cash
if Tulsa played a more consistent game. To Thursday and this is a game that got me scratching my head on why the line moved quicly ot Ciny being favored. I think that Cincy is a deserving team in being a road fav, BUT not in this spot. You are asking Pike to carry a lot of the load tomorrow against a stout defense. Its a midweek game and South Florida is at home ready to show their grit. I feel the Bulls will dominate the LOS and kill the dream season. South Florida 27 Cincy 17 South Florida +pts and mL play |

This game should be a good game for TV as the Tulsa is a decent opponent for Boise. Tulsa this year has been pretty out of it in consistency, but I see Tulsa getting their fair share of points in this game. Tulsa should be up for this game and I think they will give Boise all they want. My heart wants to see Boise crack the national championship this year which would mean they would have to put the gas on the entire game and win in a blowout. But I can't make myself bet Boise, especially on the road and against a decent team. Remember now, Boise on the road in WAC play had some scares through their reign in the WAC and had some pretty lucky games to win. With that said, Tulsa and the points is the way to go, I feel.
Tulsa +9.5 Parlay: Tulsa mL / UCLA mL If you like UCLA bet them now as the line is at 4. The bruins is the better team at this point and I will take that defense over Cals offense at this point in the season. UCLA had a scrappy game with Oregon until they blew it before the second half began. Going to try a parlay with both mL's in those 2. |
