Played this a few hours ago and wanted to post it before the value is lost. Will update record when night is done.
Twins (Liriano/Verlander) +112
More later...
GL to everyone.
With ya on the Twinkies! After the last few seasons, I never thought I'd have confidence backing Liriano again, but tomorrows that day! GL with the rest of the pics!

just a question...why take a team at -1 for - money and not -1.5 for usually + money...just wondered ? BOL to all
I would suggest that while you are giving up price not laying the -1.5 you are also gaining a small edge by only needing the one run to push your bet. If the home team is winning then they do not get the bottom of the 9th and as a result, the road team has an extra inning to improve their score.
Not to mention that a ridiculous amount of ball games land 1. The extra sweat of trying to get the game to land 2 is not worth it. Finding, and betting on the winning team is hard enough. Betting on that team to win by 2 is much harder.

1. If they win by 1, I push instead of lose. 2. When betting a -1.5 RL on a home team, you're conceding an inning because, if they're up after 8.5, they don't bat in the bottom of the ninth.
