The ways I die in battlefield:
By guys in tanks
By guys camping on the outskirts of the map shooting me and I can't see them because they're 2 miles away.

What do YOU think?
What do YOU think?
oh really?
oh really?
On the flip side...I've never heard anyone use the mic on battlefield.
On top of that...you can't talk to the opponents between games. Really? That's stupid.

DTher...they don't change much because it's bad business. Just like I stated with Socom. The first and second Socom's were great and the most popular game of their time. Then the 3rd installment came out with drastic changes and the series has NEVER been the same.
Why change a good thing? If you saw any of the gameplay online before the release...you'd know that MW3 has the same exact gameplay as MW2. The difference was...guns, perks, killstreaks and maps. I don't know what else you want them to change. They took out the 3 problems that everyone complained about...which were the comando perk, the last stand perk and noob tubes.
And to avoid playing clans...you go to mercenary team deathmatch. Also...these are far from clans. Socom 2 had the best clan setup I've ever played.
The sales on this game were massive. The sales on Black Ops were massive. The sales on MW2 were massive. Now, the next game's sales will also be massive. The key isn't to change the game. It's to tweak it. And that's exactly what they did.
