Ohio State deserves to lose here. From the outspoken administrators to the lack of appropriate /timely discipline for players.
All way too political and manipulative. We have had enough of guile.
SEC is a thorn Tressel cannot remove.

IM FROM MICHICHIGAN, AND LOVE THE MICHIGAN TEAMS, AND HATE OHIO ST. BUT THAT IS NOT Y IM TAKING ARK. IV BEEN SAYING FOR YEARS THAT COMPARED TO OTHERS CONFRNCES THE BIG TEN IS VERY OVERRATED. OHIO ST MIGHT BE THE BEST TEAM IN THE BIG TEN BUT THE BIG TEN IS JUST NOT GOOD RIGHT NOW OUTSIDE OF WISC. AND OHIO ST. ARK GOT MALLET WHICH IS FROM MICHIGAN AND HAVE BEEN WATCHING HIM AND THE RAZORBACKS THIS SEASON AND REALLY LIKE THE WAY THEY PLAY. IM TAKING ARK AND THE OVER AND HOPE THAT IM RIGHT THAT THERE THE BETTER TEAM. INEED IT

Homer....
The outcome in this game is going to depend upon if Willy Robinson can get the Razorback defense to step up and play. Pryor can run all over the field and hogs have already proven not to play well against that type of player (aka Scam Newton). Defense will be the tell tale in this one...bucknutt defense is really strong. Under is the play here...
Final Score Bucklosers 27 Razorbacks 24 Vegas has the line right for this one but missed the total as it will go under.

Ohio State has plenty of experience in BCS bowl games. Arkansas has none. But... the Buckeyes also have plenty of experience losing bowl games to teams from the SEC.
The No. 6 Buckeyes try to beat an SEC squad in a bowl for the first time Tuesday night when they meet No. 8 Arkansas in a Sugar Bowl matchup pitting two of the nation's top quarterbacks -- one of whom will play despite garnering an NCAA suspension last week.

Isn't it better to be an "Also Ran" than a "Never Was"? -
Good Luck Backwards Moneymaker!!

Ozz,
(5.) We know Luck is number one, however who is number two? Please advise….
(6.)
core is better than The University of Hawaii’s
(8.) Also, Houston Nutt is/was a big game coach as well, just a different style than Petrino (three
downs and a cloud of dust which is why Mallett left
of BIG wins during his tenure in
the Swamp and an undefeated or one loss LSU in
#2 in my book would be Cameron Newton, if not #1
As far as WR's go, Arkansas has the most talented receivers I have seen this year and that includes their TE DJ Williams... even with Childs out, Joe Adams, Jarius Wright & Cobi Hamilton are all threats.
Knile Davis actually has more yards on less carries (178 attempts / 1,183 yds / 6.6 avg) than Herron (192 attempts / 1,068 / 5.5 avg) -- in a primarily run-based offense. Arkansas was averaging a whopping 175 yds / game on the ground their L8 games after averaging roughly 100 yds / game their first 4 games.
As far as Nutt, he's terrible. Have you ever watched his play calling when he coached Arkansas with McFadden, Jones AND Hillis in the back-field? Absolutely Atrocious.
Have you watched Nutt's play-calling with Ole Miss? Bad, bad, bad... but this discussion has nothing to do with Nutt so I'll digress on that point.
I'm still looking at this game, I lost quite a bit on the OVER in the Stanford game, so I haven't locked anything in yet.
Ohio St obviously has the defensive edge but it's hard to judge how well they'll fare vs. the SEC given their questionable schedule.

In the above statement I meant Arkansas is primarily a PASSING-Offense.
I am leaning towards Collin Cowherd and what he said earlier today: certain teams do poorly in big games... Clemson, V-Tech and Arkansas
Arkansas has never been here before however they're used to the spotlight (they did play two #1 teams this year -- and hung tough until the very end).
I do know that this stadium will be packed with Arkansas fans and it should be an AWESOME game.
I was going to take ARK +3.5 but now I am somewhat unsure.
Actually leaning towards the OVER 57 at this point as I think both teams will put up some points tonight in the Superdome in the spot-light.
