The other play I like, which I haven't seen anyone talk about, is Cincy...
First of all, USF is a team to bet against on principle to begin with... almost no matter who they are playing... Cincy lost their starting QB in that brutal injury against Illinois... the backup QB ripped apart an FCS team the following week, putting up 66, but then followed that with a lackluster 14 points (with 2 INT) against hapless Miami, Oh...
So they've had a week off... USF just played their hated rival (Miami, Fl), and I don't expect them to be sky high, if that is even possible for them...
Here's the best part... Cincy comes in with the #5 defense, strong against the run and the pass... I would think Cincy has utilized the extra week to get the new QB comfortable in the system, and against a terrible USF team, would probably want to put up some confidence building numbers...
The D alone could get this one done, setting them up with short fields for FGs all day, even if they can't get in the endzone...

You will never find me betting on a team like Idaho, and if I had to predict a final score for that game... it would be Fresno 45-10...
Was considering Ga State, only because Bama never scores in the 60s... but Bama will probably score a TD on their first 6 or 7 possessions, until they start to slow up... if the D gets a couple TDs... given the fact that Ga St. will score exactly ZERO points... it's not unthinkable Bama could win 63-0 or 59-0, without really trying...
I might bet L'Ville small at anything under 35... Temple is crap, and L'Ville has no problems with lighting up a scoreboard to Teddy some Heisman love...
So far, I think UNT, Rice and Louisville all qualify as good plays that aren't getting much love...

I like Idaho here bro .. Fresno plays terrible d and if Hawaii can put up 37 vs them , Idaho can do the same with a bit better home field advantage then the Bows .. I see a another 5 pt win for Fresno !!

Hey Ice, Nevada +4.5 @ SDSU. Nevada is getting 2 starting offensive lineman back this week. Their coach said, this is the 1st game all year they'll be at full strength. SDSU on the other hand is in the midst of playing 3 games in 13 days. Their best defensive player and captain MLB is out for the year, he broke his foot last week in their unimpressive 26-16 win over NMST.

I have been keeping an eye on teams heading into bye weeks at home. Fared well so far. These teams play hard knowing that they will have time off and time to party with the rest of the campus. I will look for some specific spots to discuss.

I don't have a line on it yet but interested in the L-ville Temple first half. L-ville is averaging 25 and temple is giving up 15. Lville gives up 1 point and Temple averages 7 in first half. I think if it comes out under Lville -17 it could be a nice play. Don't see Temple scoring much unless they get some during garbage time. First half prediction 28-3 Lville.
Have you ever bet before? That is a 23.5 pt line easy.

TreyInventor- the only time Bama played Georgia St they beat them 63-7. You are thinking of the Georgia Southern game where they ran the triple option all over Bama. FYI.

I like kent st +9. Would love 10 dasher is back after last week the public is going to pound niu. Kent state played a good first half against Psu and was not embarrassed by lsu. It is at home and there last meeting was close in the Mac championship last year I don't know if they can win but should be a tight game . Gl

Upside... i like most of your plays, but the Texas game has no interest to me... i can find at least 10 or 20 plays i would do before that one, simply on the basis that betting on Mack Brown is just a terrible idea all of the time... i have followed his ENTIRE coaching career, i know what he is about... it is staggeringly shocking that he still has a job at Texas, or was even hired away from UNC in the first place, given how attractive that HC position is, and what he showed against higher competition anytime he faced it at UNC... now he's brought that to Texas for more than a decade...
Anyway, no need to rant here... he's terrible, i will never allow myself to lose money on his terrible coaching again!
As for Fresno, I won't bet on them simply because there are suspicions of them fixing games... until I see something to give me confidence that's not the case, I will stay clear... but still, I will never put money on a team like Idaho... that is the fundamental principle of winning money in college football... you do not EVER put money on the bottom of the barrel, and Idaho is unquestionably bottom of the barrel... there are literally 100 college football teams (including FCS) that could, on any given day, beat Idaho by 60 points... I assure you Fresno IS one of those 100 teams... Idaho is garbage, and they will never get my money... neither will Miami-Oh, USF, La Tech, Ga St, U Mass or a handful of other teams this year...
I don't care if you win a bet on Idaho... it's still a bad bet, from a fundamentals point of view... because all it is doing is re-enforcing what is ultimately (longterm) a losing mentality in this game...
Locktalk... don't think the VT - UNC can qualify as under-the-radar, but I have noticed this forum is very split on that game... I would personally lean VT, but Beamer is another coach that is just beyond frustrating to back... he in-game decisions can be inexplicably bad and cost you money when you should have otherwise won money...
Miami, UCF and Vandy are all interesting... I would definitely lean UCF in that game...

Caliblair... ECU and Rice! Like 'em both, but haven't bet either... the ECU pick may be the best contribution to this thread, when it's all said and done... THAT team is definitely under-the-radar right now!
Ravensfan... was planning to bet Ball St, but it seems a little fishy to me... I don't have a great read on Virginia... Ball St is definitely a good team!
Madamish... was on Kent last week as one of my favorite and easiest plays... Archer is back and that team has a different swagger... still beating WMich is nothing special, so not sure if they can hang with NIU yet... I sort of want to see how this one plays out... these are both teams you could win money on for the rest of the year... would be ashamed to lose money betting on one of them this week... still, +10.5 would be a good number if you can get it...

I have not seen anyone mention Bowling Green -25. Playing at home verse a bad Mass team. Would be surprised if Mass scored. BG has been pretty good ATS this year as well.

Good point! Got Bowling Green on my card already, and have bet them all but 1 game so far... not sure why I didn't mention this game, since I only have 5 games this week, and this is one of them... good pick up!
