First of all, let's make sure we're on the same page here. The Bowl Season is an entirely different animal from the regular college football season. The tendency is to "bet 'em all". Well, why the hell not ... except that any good capper's winning percentage will usually go down when he is not being as selective with his picks as he was during the season. If there is only one bowl game on a certain day, the tendency is to force a play on it. Secondly, there is too much time between the teams' last games and their ensuing post season contests. Thirdly, there is less history and common opponents to use between most any given two teams facing each other in a bowl game. And lastly, there are way too many distractions surrounding college bowl games.
I have already hit 68% during the season and was +20 games in the Win column. So, barring a catastrophic season in hoops, I am assured of not having to find a day job for another year. I will be adding my post season game picks here as I get the lines I want. Post season means the season is over, so don't go crazy!
