Jay Cutler has ruined yet another franchise- What is wrong with the GM's in the NFL?

When the GM of the Dolphins went looking for a QB, was Cutler at 10Million/year the best he could do? Really? I simply am dumbfounded that the Dolphins thought this was their best shot. There is no way Cutler would play for Belichick or Melo would play for Pop, these coaches get winning and winners and there are way too many athletes that simply do not fill that bill. How can these owners, hire these GM's, that have no idea what they are doing? Jay Cutler is a cancer and that is being nice. He will get this coach/GM fired again, like the last 5 that he has played for. Couldn't agree more! HE MUST WEAR A SKI MASK WHEN COLLECTING HIS PAYCHECK! lol

The only thing I disagree with is the statement by the sharps that KC is suddenly a Super Bowl team (disclaimer: yes I'm a homer but will give some real reasons as to why the Chiefs are not "suddenly" a Super Bowl contender) If you look back over the last few years, the Chiefs have been building for potentially a great season for quite sometime. They were 6-0 in the very tough AFC West last year (no easy task) and although playing poorly on offense in their home playoff game against Pitt last season, were probably a holding penalty away from advancing to the AFC championship game last season. They have built upon a solid foundation through the draft with the addition of center Mitch Morse (who unfortunately along with pass rush extraordinaire Dee Ford are out with injuries tonight) Travis Kelce, Marcus Peters, Tyreek Hill, and last but certainly not least, Kareem Hunt (just to name a few) The drafting of Patrick Mahomes also insured their future by placing a solid backup QB behind Alex Smith who is playing the best football of his career....

Steelers have been terrible as large road favorites against teams that have losing records. They play down to their competition. Bears + points was an auto bet for me. Dolphins have been on the road for a long time. Last two preseason games, then they stayed in la because of the hurricane. Being on the road that long gave the jets an advantage. Still didn't think they would win like that though. Jags had won two years in a row in London, they are used to the trip. Ravens first time threw them off. They also beat two bad teams and had major injuries coming into the game. Didn't think bortles would do what he did though. You nailed it! The only exception for me is the Raiders which I felt have been extremely overrated the last 2 years. The last time they beat the Chiefs was on a short week Thursday night game and unfortunately the schedule makers have gifted them with one of those again this year. The Raiders had less than a 100 yards against the redskins and had it not been for 2 fumbles inside the 10 yard line, would have been shutout. If they couldn't move the ball against the Redskins what are they gonna do against an angry Broncos defense this week? |

Gruden was 100% right. On 4th down you kick the fg as you had 3 previous tries and couldn't make it. You're gonna need to recover the onside kick anyway and with those Cardinals receivers and their ability to spread the field, you might have a better chance of getting a td 40 yards out. There's an idiot here, but its not Gruden...

Horrible offensive line (especially Erick Flowers) and soft secondary...Eli past his prime too They definitely wont make playoffs (not that that is a genius prediction as just a small % of 0-2 start teams do) but right now they are one of the worst teams in the NFL

Great Writeup! Was spot on! We're obviously very excited knocking off the Super Bowl Champs in their house, but our glee is tempered by the season ending loss of #29. That really hurts!

Yea! "Fixed" in reverse Chiefs 15 penalties New England 2 Love how it never fails that a square idiot that loses on the favorite laying Double digit wood to the reigning AFC West Champs (the toughest division in football without a doubt) cries fix when he loses his $. Not only did the Chiefs have 7x the penalties that Pats did they had two brain fart penalties with Kelce and Sorenson throwing guys off the pile which were IMMEDIATELY and accurately called for 15 yard unsportsmanlikes.. Bottom line is this: Chiefs stuck it to them in the 2nd half like "Big Boys" beating down the Defending Champs

As for my Chiefs tonight, I really feel that the number of 10 is highly inflated. If that game were played in KC the line IMO would be NE-3. So they're telling me that Pats home field advantage is worth 7 points? I'm not buying it.....

Great write-up Philly! As a HUGE fan of the Chiefs, I'm extremely tough on 'em when it comes to betting on them. But I just bought the hook up to +10.5 on them -120. This seems like a ridiculous number win or lose as I strongly feel the Pats would be -3 at KC and just cant see New Eng having an additional 7.5 point home field advantage, especially given Andy Reid's number when able to prepare and a healthy Justin Houston!
