With the news that Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston will not be charged in the alleged rape of a fellow student, his odds to win the Heisman trophy increased dramatically.

At Sportsbook.ag, Winston has gone from -2,000 to a -3,000 fave to win the award for college football's most outstanding player. The player with the next best odds is Northern Illinois QB Jordan Lynch at +800.

Winston and FSU are now set to play Duke and the ACC title game, where the Seminoles are 29-point favorites and with a win will secure their spot in the BCS national championship, where they are -300 faves to win it all.

If Winston had been charged with a felony, FSU's code of conduct mandated Winston to be immediately suspended from the team until the case is resolved.
