McAvoy tapped the puck into a near-empty net at 15:46 for a 2-0 advantage. Then at 16:47, the Bruins took a 3-0 lead when Heinen redirected a shot in front. Carlo ripped the initial shot, which deflected off Philadelphia's Nick Seeler before reaching Heinen.
