Max Duggan passed for a career-high 273 yards and two touchdowns and TCU's defense made four interceptions to help the Horned Frogs hold off No. 15 Texas 37-27 on Saturday in Big 12 Conference play in Fort Worth, Texas.

TCU took a 27-20 lead with a 44-yard touchdown pass from Duggan to Jalen Reagor early in the fourth quarter on the play immediately after Texas quarterback Sam Ehlinger's second interception.

Jonathan Song then booted a 33-yard field goal 3 1/2 minutes into the fourth quarter after Ehlinger's third interception to expand the Horned Frogs' lead to 30-20.

Roschon Johnson's 2-yard touchdown run capped a 12-play, 75-yard drive and brought Texas to within 30-27 with 6:50 remaining.

TCU (4-3, 2-2 Big 12) responded with a nine-play, 75-yard march that culminated in Duggan's 11-yard touchdown run to build its lead back to 10 points with 1:59 to play and finish off the Longhorns.

Ehlinger threw for 321 yards and two scores, but his four interceptions were a career high and were one more than his total over the Longhorns' first seven games. Devin Duvernay caught eight passes for 173 yards and a touchdown to lead Texas.

Texas (5-3, 3-2) began the game with a 21-yard field goal by Cameron Dicker, and Song answered with a 32-yard field goal.

TCU moved to the front when Duggan found tight end Pro Wells down the seam for a 24-yard score that gave the Horned Frogs a 10-3 lead with 12:18 to play in the second quarter.

Ehlinger immediately responded, threading a perfect 47-yard touchdown pass to Duvernay to tie the game at 10-10 with 10:57 left in the second quarter.

Ehlinger then passed to Keaontay Ingram for a 17-yard touchdown to give Texas a 17-10 lead. TCU's Griffin Kell ripped a 52-yard field goal on the final play of the second quarter to pull the Horned Frogs to within 17-13.

Ehlinger and Duvernay combined for a 63-yard catch and run to the TCU 6 early in the third quarter, leading to a 38-yard Dicker field goal and a 20-13 lead with 7:46 to play in the third quarter.

The Horned Frogs tied the game on their ensuing possession on a 1-yard touchdown run by Sewo Olonilua that came two snaps after a 51-yard pass from Duggan to Taye Barber that set the stage for the wild fourth quarter.
