Miami usually bellyflops after scoring >35 pts. I'll take the generous points they are giving the Zips. Maybe the Zips won't need any points to cover this one.

After watching Miami O dismantle Buffalo on Sat I see more of the same here with this shitty Akron team..not like Buffalo is anything this year...even though they almost pulled off the shocker vs N ILL 2 weeks ago...I can't see Akron keeping this close...

Akron should get killed here, but nono not yet Cmich escaped Akron by a point. This far in the season teams are a lil better than first half of the season...AKron covers...

Akron - Under
I might regret this but I'm changing this one up. The Red Hawks last season beat Buffalo and then went on a roll winning 5 in a row including abowl game. Deja Vu, it just might happen again. I'm flip flopping and taking the Hawks to win and cover this one.
Miami - 31 Akron - 14
Red Hawks -14 under 48
Sorry Ber , oahu, I'm bailing on you guys and throwing away my hard earned bucks on the Hawks tonight. I hate flip flopping but with only 3 games on tap tonight I have to do what's best.

Boston College should've have won more games but had bad plays in the end which cost them. I believe they are getting more points that they should have

Don't know what to think about this one. I did win with Akron last week with their second half comeback (covered but they lost by going for two instead of tie) They could come out flat against a more talented Miami Ohio team. They are at the bottom of the Mac and Miami still has a chance to win it so convential wisdom would say go with the Red Hawks. However, I am going to go with the Zips. Hopefully their second half performance carries over to this nationally televised game and they play some inspired football. Not the best reasoning for betting, but I won with Ohio last night so I will let it ride. I love points. Hopefully 14 is enough.

Akron is among the worst in the country against the run, while Mia is one of the worst in the country running the ball. Akron should have a slight advantage in the ground game, offensively. It's kind of like the two nerdy kids picked last in Dodgeball standing in the corner and being the last two left. One can't throw and one can't catch, and you sit there and watch them fumble balls for 2 hours, not cuz you're interested but cuz Tommy bet you a beer out of his dad's fridge that his guy would beat yours...
Akron is less than stellar against the pass, while Mia leans heavily on their passing game, where they have a clear advantage in this game.
Akron will be running more pistol formation after mounting a huge comeback last week against Cent Mich using it in the 2nd half, losing on a failed 2 pt conversion attempt. The Zips tasted victory last week and are playing with nothing to lose, which although they have 1 win, makes them a risky team to bet against.
Most signs points to a Miami blowout, but I have to think Akron comes to play, thirsty for that 1st conference win, revenge in mind from last years debacle against the redbirds, and they manage to keep it close, or at least a backdoor cover.
