Hey Neural...how do you decide which picks go on your final card...is it a 58% or 59%+ requirement...am I close...or is that not it?

How come you can program a neural network but you can't write a program to load the boxscores?  You can download the boxscores from the NCAA website.

The boxscores I type in have far more information than what comes in a standard boxscore like what you directed me to on the above weblink.
