I had a parlay with boston, seattle, sox putting in 60 bucks to win 270.  I look at my account and it says that my seattle bet was voided. Here's my conversation with the live chat support...

Apoorv: Hello.  How may I assist you?

Adnan Kazim: Hey I had a parlay with seattle with one of my picks, even know my parlay might not hit my seattle pick was voided, why was it voided? bet ref is: 235545422

Adnan Kazim: even though*

Apoorv: Adnan, that bet was voided due to a palpable error.

Adnan Kazim: what is a palpable error?

Apoorv: It's a rare unprecendented system error.

Apoorv: We apologise for the inconvenience.

Adnan Kazim: what the heck? So your telling me if I have a high wager bet and a "palpable error" happens I don't win money?

Apoorv: Like I said, it's a very rare occurence.

Adnan Kazim: Either I want my money back or consider me not going on this site again, I am part of 5 popular social networking forums (wagering forums) who have a lump sum of members, I will post threads about this site. You have 24 hours to get my money back..

 A palpable error? ARE U FUCKING SHITTING ME?  I've had a rough day fucking texas and LAD and now this bs?  Now I can only win about 160 which is unfucking real.  I WORK FOR 11 DOLLARS AN HOUR GOD DAMMIT.  CAN SOMEONE PLZ tell me a good canadian sportsbook?  A reliable one?

It was -155 why?  And I'm sorry im not like you ballers out there betting dimes, but ill be there one day..  Following GH and ETES they making me some cash but now I need a new book.  I'm plus 110 on this book I better get all my money back  when I withdraw

It sounded originally like they had an obvious bad line on the seattle game.

You are right, I would be pissed.

But honestly, this is a known shit book - known to do shitty things - so if you sleep with person you cant be surprised to need antibiotics one day...

I would contact SBR, tell them your story, and they should be able to help you.

unless you have action, dont they void all bets without action? because i had seattle -1.5 and under 8.5 on a card and they voided it because of the pitching change becuase i didint play action. it was voided well before the game started though, just checking, isnt that normal procedure??

I think it was cancelled because the pitcher Okha didnt start for Cleveland. Same thing with me on the Greek but i had that they must start.

Pinnacle is the best. I use it and bet365. Bet365 is better for customer service and have a few perks like mobile betting and more inplay games. But pinny is by far the best with the best lines on the net. Sign up and be thankful your canadien.

No offense, but 365 sucks the big one. I had more than one run in with them, including them calling me at 4 in the morning Oz time! Very, very deceptive organization.
