I want to sincerely thank you for you dedicated work on these goalie updates, Mr. Weeble.....
For example, consider the difference between Rinne, Vezina winner and multiple-time All-Star as a Brick Wall, and his backup who is Swiss Cheese. It is like day and night and totally changes in nearly every way how one approaches a Preds game.
You know, and now Rinne is getting older almost 37, so maybe he has to have more days of rest during the regular season, possibly. So, accurate data about whether he is playing or not is crucial.
Sometimes, it doesn't make much difference. Bruins are 1 and 1A stud goaltenders. But even there, one is a little better than the other.
But in so many cases such as Rinne and others....well.......and also goalies we can sometimes fade, such as the "rapidly-aging" (lol) Martin Jones.......
I'm sure it is a bunch of compiling...I know there are the various online services posted.....but YOUR summary here is sincerely appreciated as a go-to info source.
This info is frequently similar in importance to the starting pitcher in baseball.......
I know sometimes people take a moment to thank you for this thread, but you deserve again to get this thanks.
