I vote not fixed either. Fixing is just an excuse when you didnt pick the right team. FOR FACT: in any sport any team can and does have a bad night which can end up leading to a bad losing streak. Winning teams have losing steaks???? What?? I've just uncovered a new phenomenon in sports that some blogger should write about. While the averages show what a team SHOULD do, people are not robots obviously so their performance changes from period to period and game to game.
My 9 year old nephew plays hockey, there is a team that is 0-14 that they play against, that team shows more heart and pride and effort,in the way they play, then the Caps showed last night, you know there aint no effort, when 1 of the supposedly best players in the world (Ovenchkin)doesnt have a shot on goal in 18 pathetic minutes of being on the ice.
