Anybody tried this or know anybody that has? I saw the infomercial this afternoon and I would like to try it.

There are 15 threads on this, look around.  In a nutshell, it'll "tighten you up" big time.  Need to be in shape "before" you start it though.
 
It's a solid program but it is time consuming and pretty tough if you are not already in shape.

Oh my mistake then.  I don't mean to rehash an old subject. I didn't see any threads titled P90X. I'm in fair shape right now. Not great not bad.I think I could do this and it has the workout I'm looking for. That is to get lean and not big/mass. The website charges $120 for 13 dvds. There's another dvd site that charges $40 but I don't know how legit it is.

The work out is FOR REAL, they don't need any gimmick model, actors for this product. Like the above poster said you do need to be in somewhat good shape before hand.If you can do 40 push ups in a row and 10 pullups in a row you are ready.The first and second months, the workouts take a little over an hour to complete.the last thirty days will take you 1:30 to an hour 1:45 . If you follow the last thirty days step by step you will get absolutely ripped. I had to take no-explode the last thirty days.

Thanks 474. Do they recommend any supplements? I don't like NO-explode, too much caffeine.

Had a friend who did it last year from Ohio. P90 had a contest who would lose the most. He came in second. He is now a spokesman for P90, speaking at engagements and even the Senate to express obesity. His name is Tommy Mygrant if you search his name. GL in whatever you do.

im doing this right now

its really a program that you have to give it your all...if you go half-assed on it you will barely get results...and trust me, ive wanted to give up tons of times in the middle of workouts

they put you through a lot of pain, so just by that and some good nutrition youre guaranteed to be fit

but its a big download.  45 gigs....

any program works if you apply yourself, what you put into to it is what you get out

It's an amino acid supplement. It helps,along with good nutrition.

i did p90x for about 2 months or so before i had to move to a different city, so i had to stop.  overall i would say its a legit program, as long as you put some good effort in and dont slack off

to be honest though you will get much better results by doing sprints 5 times a week, along with atleast a half hour swimming 5 times a week and weight lifting 3 times a week.  trust me i've been doing this shit for years

oh and your diet is about 80% of it i would say, so that is what you need to figure out first.
