Hey guys, I've been with covers for a little bit now (5 months) but haven't been posting much lately and been just trying to read a lot of these college teams. I've been posting my picks on twitter (xxxxxxx) and I'm 7-2 so far on the season. Like I said, I haven't been betting much but usually mid season is when I can really read teams and grab value. All my picks are free and if you don't feel comfortable tailing feel free to just check in and see how I do. At no point do I ever plan on selling my picks but I really love the twitter community of sports betters because most people have good money management and no one bitches. People who sell picks need additional income because they're picks are not stable, DON'T FORGET THAT! Personally I think bookies are scumbags for taking advantage of their friends and my goal is to learn from those better than me and help those worse than me. Tomorrow's pick is Clemson -23.5. Always check out the kenpom system before placing bets, if you match up teams on there you will gain significant advantage. Today St. Louis and New Mexico were #39 and #40 however St. Louis was home. This was a strong signal not to take New Mexico as they did not cover. I did take New Mexico -2.5 2nd half (possibly the fishiest line I've ever seen) which was a winner. They were down 20 and the 2nd half line was -2.5 and it really made me think hard however it worked out. Kenpom shows tomorrow Clemson at #79 and Citadel at #340. Furthermore Clemson is at home and has 7-4 record. You bet your ass they're going to grab every win they can at this point to get into the tournament. I see a nice easy blow out here with a shitty team who hasn't played after Christmas yet (still in vaca mode) against a very solid Clemson team (who also hasn't played since Christmas) but has much more reason to play and is eager to get a win after a long break. Kenpom is only one angle I take however I find it very valuable to evaluate to 2 teams at a neutral site. Would love to here feedback, questions, comments and also for you to start taking your bookie to the bank! Good luck fellas!
