I have heard several people complaining about not being able to watch the Kings game UNTIL the Flyers game ended.
I have DirecTV and if you look just UNDER NBCSports on the listings... they had an alternate channel with a 6 hour block just for the Kings game.
They have been doing this because they know games can go past the start time of the next games.
Whatever TV provider you have... just check the listings for alternate channels.
Do a search if you have to... using one of the teams names and see what comes up.
I know my bro in Philly has a different provider and his was very confusing to me but I learned fast when I wanted to watch my shows when I was there.
For me tonight's Flyers game was on 603... NBCSports...
... and the Kings game was scheduled to start after that on the same channel HOWEVER they also had it on an alternate channel 604 which like I said is just used for situations like this.

So for you NBCSports is on CH 151...??? Does your on screen programming guide have a channel 152...???
If you have a filter on to only show channels you usually get... Turn it OFF so that you can see ALL the channels available from DISH (even the ones your package does not get).

On Sunday... Kings are on your local NBC channel (for me it's 11) at NOON... The other game that day is Philly at NJ and is on NBCSports (603 for me) at 4:30pm.

It would not hurt to call them and ask if there is an alternate NBCSports channel for that kind of a situation. I can't believe that they would NOT have one... tell them your friend has DirecTV and he has the Alternate channel... then tell them you want some kind of discount for making you miss the Kings game... I always do it when they screw up and get $$$ off of my bill.
