Seattle going into their BYE week basically 1 game back of the 49ers. Good convincing win and the perfect time to take a rest, late into the season. Carrol will have them working hard and preparing for their road game in Miami. I see them winning that game in a close one while Miami is on the decline as they should be. Then they play at Chicago which will be their toughest game for the rest of the season. BUT, this all depends on injuries...I'm sure Cutler will be back by then but who knows. That is a toss up. They play at home against the Cardinals, I expect them to shut them out. They will play at Buffalo, which I expect them to win in a close game. I do believe their defense will be able to hold against a team who will not give a shit about their season by week 15. The Bills usually start to fade badly at the end of the season even if they are playing alright football. And even if they are in it, they wont match up well with Seattle. Then the Seahawks will finish the season with two big games at home. They will play the 49ers which I truly believe they will win in a revenge game with the division on the line. These two teams match up well and the games are always close. They could have won last year but gave up the game on a game losing field goal. Wont happen this year, with a much more confident team. Seattle playing great at home, loud crowd, and a lot will be on the line. Then they finish the season with an easy one against the Rams, which they will beat down and take the division. So I believe the Seahawks will finish their season 5-1 with their only loss being against the Bears if Cutler is healthy, which means they will be 11-5.
Now the 49ers will be their only competition in this division obviously. They will play Chicago at home next week which will be a tough game if Cutler is healthy. Both teams might have back up QBs so it's a hard game to cap at this point in time. Regardless it will be a hard fought game and after todays tie it will be hard from here on out. Another hard fought game even if it's a win it will put a strain on this team, especially their defense/Gore. I believe they will lose to the Saints in a revenge game for the Saints. The Saints have new life and they have a chance to make the playoffs as a Wild Card and it's just a hard place to play. 49ers will be tired and banged up. Then they play at Rams, which I believe they will lose as well in a hard fought match up again. They play at home vs. Miami which they will win. Then they go to New England which I believe they will get tossed around like rag dolls. I already said they would lose to Seattle. Then they will finish the season agains the lowly Cardinals...but it's still a division game and I believe they will have no momentum. If Kolb is back, it could be a toss up. Best possible scenario for the 49ers will be a 4-3 end to their season, which will put them at 10-5-1. In this case Seattle would take the division. If the 49ers lose to the Bears next week because Smith cant come back and the defense is tired...it could get ugly fast. Thats what Im hoping for.
I believe there is a lot of value in this play. I also think their is value in Seattle to win the NFC if they win the division and possibley get home field. For now I like them to win the west though.

I watched their game in depth yesterday and I am convinved they have the best defence in the NFL. Yes, I am taking the Bears/49ers/Texans defence into consideration as well.
Just NASTY on the defensive side of the ball. As physical a defensive line as you'll find, and their secondary is outstanding. Both of their corners are pro bowl caliber for sure. Sherman impressed the hell out of me yesterday. What a steal for a draft pick! The only points the Jets could muster yesterday was on a fumble 6, their defence accounted for ZERO points.
On top of that, their offence is also continuing to impress me. Seems like Pete Carrol will make sure his teams pounds the rock, whether they are having success or not. And you have to admire the job he doing with the young rookie QB Russel Wilson. Totally adapting the offence to his strengths, with tons of draw HB option plays. Wilson's mobility in the pocket is turely exceptional, and it seems he never has to do too much back there, especially when they have that defence to fall back on. I would never bet against this team at home under any circumstances this year.
Love the pick, the Seahawks have a great chance to steal the division, especially with an upcoming rematch against the 49ers at home

I fully agree with you. They lost the game to the 49ers by a touchdown, but they played hard. Their defensive line in that game got bullied and they couldn't do anything on offense. I'm not too worried about that at home this time. They played a great season so far and to win like that yesterday after 10 games and being tired, they seem ready for the second half of the season. This is a great rest for them to recooperate. Their defense has played great and their corners are one of the best in the league. Im not sure I would say they are the best defense in the league. All their losses are by 7 points or less and they are all on the road. Even if they lost to GB, it would have been by less than 7 points. If they win the division with an 11-5 record they would get home field. They could easily get the second seed with that record. The Bears dont have an easy schedule to finish the season especially with Cutler banged up and they have to play Seattle which will be a huge game for Seattle. That is the only game I see them losing, but if they some how win, that would be a huge boost as they could win the rest of their games. They are young, they have to stay focused and think one game at a time that is key. Its the NFL and any team can win on any given day. They have a great running game and defense, which we all know can win a superbowl even though their passing game isnt great. Wilson still takes care of the ball and plays smart football. They have explosive WRs and have potential for deep ball so they arent one dimensional even though they are 32nd in the league in passing yards. Pete Carroll knows how to coach in a playoff game and I could see them doing damage even if they are the 3rd or 4th seed as long as they win the division.

They will play better on the road, they only lost each game by less than a touch down. Im saying they will struggle against the Cardinals because they will be banged up and have no momentum going into that game. Read all of what I said. Also they will have Kolb back by then which will make it a tougher game. The only reason the 49ers beat the Cardinals was because Skeleton is a horrible QB and they had everyone injured.

Good value there, but it will be a struggle in the playoffs. I guess if they get as far as the superbowl it wont matter because you can start hedging as they will under dogs. How much did you put on it? Ifyou put $100 you will be good to hedge as soon as they make the playoffs. I was thinking about doing that as well.
Regardless they will make the playoffs, hopefully in your case they will be the 2 seed. If Cutler misses a couple of games the Bears are done. Cambell is a horrible quarterback and their defense will have to score every point.

Seattle may not lose a game at home, but I cant find where I can make this bet. I cant do it on 5dimes. Can someone give me a book where they offer good value on futures. This is ridiculous. I really like this bet and it should be around +450.
Can anyone tell me a good book to sign up with and what the odds are on Seattle winning the NFC West and NFC Championship.

Seattles average height on defense is at least 6'3. They have length on defense, they look like a basketball team. Players will be healthy comming off the bye. They have to play fading Miami and then the only real challenge on their schedule: Chicago.

This bet is a no brainer. They will not lose a single home game this year. Sick and tired of everyone saying how bad Wilson is at QB. Dude owns the best QBR at home of ANY QB. Undefeated and zero picks. Oh and let's nt forget how fucking amazing that defense is. Biggest and youngest secondary in football. God I love this team

Yeah man, they will still need to dominate in these last 6 games, but the bye week right now and then the 4 home games will really help. Not to mention 2 out of the 3 road games are Vs. weak teams.

No way at +450. They begin the season at only +480. And let me tell you if they don't win NFC WEST it is b/c of that game in DET. All the momentum was there and they would have been only 1 game behind SF. Now, they are technically still 2 b/c STL didn't help us. Still a long shot but I already placed my bets at beginning of seasons. SO GO HAWKS.

Okay, a little different then what I said would happen but this is exactly where I wanted both teams to be. Seattle will beat the Bills, the 49ers and the Rams. The 49ers will lose to the Patriots, Seattle, and beat Arizona.
