People are reading different reports, listening to tapes, watching news casts thinking they have it all figured out. You might, but there is NO WAY YOU CAN KNOW. Speculation is fine, but a few of you assholes act like you have the whole picture when all you have is a bunch of information floating around in space. Let the attorneys organize and present their cases and then decide. Is it really that hard?
Take Casey Anthony. I thought she was dead to rights. After the case was presented on both sides, I at least UNDERSTOOD why she wasn't convicted. I think she was guilty for sure, but the EVIDENCE could not support a conviction in the end.
So Scal and others.....just stop with the, "we know plenty."
More rubbish from the garbage disposal of covers. I can almost hear the grinding sound of celery sticks and carrot tops when you type.
So by Hutch's logic, here's what should happen with the Trayvon case:
Everyone keep quiet because there is "NO WAY WE CAN KNOW."
BUT,
the case wouldn't even exist if the citizens of Sanford and the outraged communities around the country, and individuals like myself, didn't make calls for justice based on a single piece of evidence: a 911 tape that the Martin family had to SUE to get released.
Why do you think their lawyer pushed them to sue for that tape? Because it has brought us to where we are today Hutch, and that is that Zimmerman has been arrested and is now out on bail.
BUT,
By Hutch's logic, even though Zimmerman would have never gotten arrested had there not been protests in the first place after hearing the tape, we should NOW all back off the case, not protest, not form an opinion because that is only speculation and there is NO WAY WE CAN KNOW.
Unfortunately, there is A WAY WE CAN KNOW, not that crucial timeframe that Zimmerman says HE was attacked after stalking Martin (how convenient given that Trayvon isn't alive to tell his side of the story), that a call for justice is effective and necessary based on WHAT WE KNOW.
The Sanford Police have acknowledged the way they conducted their investigation flouted all kinds of standard procedures at the scene where someone is killed, and that they have erred in not arresting Zimmerman in the first place. Do you know how they acknowledged this Hutch?
By arresting Zimmerman...
Now you come along and say, 'Hey Hey Hey, there's no way we can know so let the lawyers handle it.' Well I'll speak for myself in this case, I have researched every publicly available piece of information on this case and I will not stay silent about it because you're standing in my way with "let justice take it's course" message.
Justice begins at the crime scene. Would you like to know how justice was served Hutch?
1. Zimmerman was not drug tested, Trayvon was.
2. Trayvon's body was brought to a morgue and the police made no attempt to identify him even though they had his cellphone.
3. The police did not interview his girlfriend the day of the crime, despite the fact they had the call logs on the phone that night. She was the only person who spoke with Trayvon during the stalking and right up to when he was killed. Pretty important witness no?
4. A witness has accused the police of tampering with her account to shift it in Zimmerman's favor. This woman has still not been arrested for this accusation, if true, would result in an immediate arrest of the police or detective involved. Strange no?
You see Hutch, justice has already taken it's course from the moment he was killed and it's veered off a cliff into ravine and the car is now a fireball and a huge cloud of black smoke. Why? The Sanford police were at the wheel. Worse, the prosecution has now let the defense get a leg up on at a bail hearing after questioning (the prosecution being scolded badly in the media after the hearing). That is LUDICROUS. So now the representation for Trayvon, the little we know, has proved themselves incompetent at a bail hearing.
So the police who were at the scene are incompetent (and possibly criminally liable) and the lawyers representing Trayvon are incompetent and you expect everyone just to 'wait for the trial and let all the facts come out.'
Well guess what able-minded, responsible, informed individuals who can read and digest all available information will do:
Walk right the fuck past you and not even give you a second glance. Or publicly scold you in a post such as this.
So save the, there's NO WAY WE CAN KNOW bullshit. There is only two people who know for sure. One is alive and one is dead and that is how cases usually work. You don't have an entire film crew working at a crime scene, nor do you have witnesses who know everything (and they are usually unreliable anyway). You have a TON of circumstantial evidence and stories that align with the evidence or do not. Many have heard a great deal about this case and many will continue to call for a fair and honest trial which appears to be impossible at this point. If that is the case, the public will use what it knows to create an informed opinion like I have done myself. Then we will voice it since it is our First Amendment right
Now take a piece of masking tape and put it over your mouth and bind your fingers together an cut the shit with posts like the above. I'm getting tired of answering to them and publicly lambasting you in the process.
