That is really all it is, is execution....
Execution?
Trent had almost 200 in first game?
Glad to hear that you have gleaned helpful info from my posts this season.
No, I do not know Tappy. I am somewhat acquainted with Lucan however. He is a really nice guy who, quite obviously, is a hardcore Bama fan. He sometimes gets mad at me when I express less than flattering opinions of Alabama. But this a gambling website, the purpose of which is to win money and hopefully help some others do the same along the way. This is not a forum for expressing your fandom. That's why you never see me post "Roll Tide" in gambling forums. There are many Alabama websites where that type of content is much more appropiate.
I agree that Lee will not see the field. If he ever had a shot of seeing the field again it would have been in the Georgia game in view of JJ's abysmal performance. Even though I thought he had no shot of playing before the Georgia game, whatever doubts I may have had completely evaporated after the Georgia game.

Tappy-
You say- And i quote you " the point was that although LSU won the game, yes, they were not the better team that night. "
Now if you think Alabama is the better team then we could argue that point all day long on both sides- But saying they were the better team that night is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. That night LSU was the better team. They won the game 9-6. Their special teams were superior. They made the plays when they had to. Alabama lost. Again on Nov 5th Alabama lost 9-6. No matter how much you try to twist things around that is a fact.
If you think Alabama wins the rematch then that's an opinion we can debate. But saying Alabama was the better team that night is ridiculous. Whenever LSU loses i will always say the better team won that day. When a team wins a game, they are the better team on that day. Period. Stats don't matter when you lose a game. On Jan 9th the best team that night will win. Whoever that may be. And i will say just as much.
Let me jump in here and say a few of things.
First of all of course a team can out-play another and still lose the game. There are many examples of this virtually on a weekly basis.
A game I wagered on earlier this season comes vividly to mind - SanDiego St. @ Army. Army outplayed SDSU in pretty much everyway there is to outplay a team, yet they lost by 3 points.
To imply that just because a team won on the scoreboard that they were necessarily the better team is a pretty vast departure from reality.
Second, assuming arguendo that Alabama did outplay LSU in the first game (a pretty widely help belief across the country), the only reason for discussing it is NOT to celebrate or lament the result of the first game, but rather to give us insight into capping the next one.
I for one am not thrilled about the prospect of losing money on the national championship game. Thus, I will take into account all available data at my disposal including my opinion that LSU was outplayed in the first game.
Lastly, there is absolutely nothing for any Alabama or LSU fan to complain about. Both teams have attained their goals of reaching the BCS national championship game. The result of the first game, as it turned out, meant absolutely nothing. Had Alabama won the game instead of LSU, Alabama & LSU would still be playing for the national championship. So for anyone to be arguing over the shoulda, woulda and couldas of the first game is silly and unproductive. Discussion about this game should be focused on how people think the re-match will play out and, more importantly, why. That's what my posts concerning this game are about. At this point who won or lost the first game means absolutely nothing to me. It's completely irrelevant.

So wrong............. Bama snuck in cuz Okie State and Stanford laid eggs.
And gonna finalize it later.

I respectfully disagree with that. I actually think Alabama are some of the more knowledgable fans in the country. I won't go into all the reasons I believe that at this time, but you can't take a galactically stupid person like Harvey Updike who is not at all indicative of a typical Alabama fan, and conclude all Alabama fans are morons like him. You can't do that of any fan base. All fan bases will have a wide cross-section of people. But overall Alabama are very knowledgable about college football.
My favorite fans in the whole SEC are LSU fans. At games I have more fun with LSU fans at games than any other. They know how to bring it. I think as a whole they are a great and very knowledgeable fan base. But of course if we painted all LSU fans with the "Fried Shrimp" paint brush, one would be compelled to conclude they are the most pathetic excuse for a fan base in the country.

At this point it doesn't matter how either team has arrived at the opportunity to play for the national championship, the only thing that matters is that they arrived.

Jimmy...........
Name "One" matchup on the field which favors Bama?
Other than Trent.... which is an OBVIOUS hassle.
Alabama's defense versus LSU's offense It not only favors Alabama, it favors them HUGE.
