No, as I said, the media didn't edit 9-11 calls or doctor videos to make OJ look guilty. In fact, they didn't really cover the story by "framing" the case to make him look guilty.
Zimmerman should sue NBC for defamation. That edited 9-11 transcript ran on multiple NBC network shows, the local Orlando NBC affilaite, and in print media outlets. Additionally, he was charged 4 days after in ran on the Today show.
I would love to see what discovery turned up on their internal discussion on making those editorial choices...
Defamation burden is way to high. Zimmerman is a public figure (whether he likes it or not). Proving intent, falsity, and malice would be very difficult here.
OJ could have made the same claim BTW. The media reported many things about the case that apparently the jury disregarded as being not true.
