Let's take a shot and see what we come up with over the next few weeks. It feels like this has France written all over it but in a one-off scenario anything can happen.
Futures:
France: winner (+450)
Wales - lowest scoring team in the tournament (+1200)

For me, round 2 is the most exciting group of games to cap. Strategy comes into play so much more as you know where you stand against your group and history.
In 2016, third place teams made it through with 3 points and a goal differential of 0. Portugal accomplished that by drawing all three games while Northern Ireland won 1 and lost 2.
There were 25 goals in the 12 games that made up round 2...so just over two per game.
Finland/Russia - Finland would be elated with a draw as that will put them through to the next round. However, a loss and they go into the third game against Belgium with 3 points and at best a GD of 0. That would essentially eliminate them from the tournament so they have it all to play for tomorrow. Meanwhile, Russia are in a huge hole but have games remaining against Finland and Denmark. Russia has to throw caution to the wind against the Fins to not only get a win but also claw back their -3 goal differential. This should be an open game from the jump with two already suspect defenses.
Finland/Russia over 2.5 (+143)
Turkey/Wales
Oh Turkey, which team will show up. The one that beat France 2-0 or the one that give up 3 goals to Latvia in a home WCQ. Wales will try to suck the life out of the game but that's a given. If Turkey can get on the board in the first 25 and make the Welsh chase this should easily fly over. I'm not sure that will happen but Turkey has to press given their severe goal deficit. They are the more skilled team but I'm going to be taking a leap of faith on this one.
Turkey ML (+156) AND over 2 (-103) ***to win 2 units on the OVER***
Italy/Switzerland - Italy won't play as well as they did last game and Switzerland won't play as bad. Italy would be satisfied with a draw as they are in the driver's seat for 1st place in group A. The Swiss would happily take a draw leading into their final game against the Turks. The Swiss may be this year's Portugal with three straight draws in the group stage.
