The difference between RG3, Newton, and Tebow is that the first two actually throw a damn nice ball, not one that flutters through the air after taking one second to wind up before throwing. Tebow's one good great game against Pitt doesn't erase all the garbage ones before. He's going nowhere. |

I have to eat a little crow. Tebow looked great yesterday. Ill wait till I see some more consistency from him before jumping on the bandwagon though.

Dont forget either that the playing surface is heated. Its much warmer on the field than in the stands. Ill be there drinking beer as fast as they can bring them to me!

Remember this is the team who's leading rusher had 500 yards on the season... Aaron Rodgers' team did a lot more for him than Drew Brees did, and his team did 10x more for him than Tom Brady did. Tom Brady is the MOST VALUABLE player. Last time I checked MVP stood for most valuable player, not most overrated player with awesome stats. Matt Flynn stepped in and had a better game than Aaron Rodgers did all season, against a playoff team. Get a clue, people. Wow, your head is so far up your ass you would have to hold a match to your nose to light a cigarette. |

This has been one of the mildest winters in recent history and the field surface is heated. Not saying it doesn't matter, but it didn't have the impact as in years past. |

Moron...
Randy Moss, Dante Stalworth, Wes Welker, Jabar Gaffney, and Ben Watston are just horrible receivers arent they? Your right, Brady had no one to throw to, dumbass. |

After Flynn did the same thing that Rodgers would have done, makes it seem like the team is the MVP, not a specific player.... I am not saying that Rodgers isnt good... hell I am not even saying he isnt great.... but I am saying that I dont think that he was the MOST VALUABLE PLAYER this year.... that means, without him they would not be in the same position...Can you say that? I dont know.... Flynn sure showed that he can win games and do it setting records..... Can you say that the saints would be in the same position without Brees? I dont know, but I doubt it..... Quoting Bret Farve "I'm going to be honest, I was not surprised. The biggest surprise to me was that he did not win it(Superbowl) sooner." Quoting Favre is not a good way to make a point. The guy is the biggest attention person the league has ever seen outside of Terrel Owens. |

I dont give a fuck about years ago, moron. Nobody knew a thing about Jennings, Nelson, Cobb, Jones, etc until Rodgers started throwing to them in this one dimensional offense. Brady was loaded with big name receivers then too. |

I agree, the indoor/outdoor thing is overblown, especially on a mild year like this. Im a GB fan and pulling for Rodgers, but I guarantee that if Brees wins it, you wont find me here bitching about it. He's an inredible qb, and theres no one I would rather have starting for my team if Rodgers was gone. |

Partially, yes. Go back and analyze each game he has started in this year then come and tell me they were all due to Tebow, and the D had no part. I watched them all, and went 6-1 on sides and totals involving him. Its not hard to see who deserves the credit on that team. |

I didn't bash anyone, until you started spewing bullshit. Rodgers makes those receivers great. He just had probably the best year ever recorded by a QB and people downplay it because Flynn, a damn good qb in his own right, has a monster game. Its pathetic. Please explain to me how the defense causing turnovers contributes to Rodgers passing efficiency? 48 total TD's and 6 turnovers? Yeah your right, any qb is capable of that. Yep, they had a down game against the Chiefs. How did the St. Louis game go for Brees? After that Chiefs game, while still missing his top receiver, he threw 5 tds with a QB rating of 142. Must have been a fluke huh? |
