Mikael, you don't seem like a dumb guy, so I invite you to take a hard look at how the Amercian middle class has actually fared under this administation. Don't look at what Mr. Obama says he wants to do; look, rather, at what he does. Good, middle-class jobs in the energy sector (particularly coal, and coal-related industries), over-the-road trucking, oil drilling and exploration, and lord knows how many other small business jobs have been strangled by this adminstration and its endless over-regulation. What we're moving toward, I fear, is, in fact, a more prosperous "middle class," but with virtualy no one in it. Yes, there will be government bureaucrats, public sector union employees, a few employees in sectors deemed "worthy" by the government who will do fine, perhaps even better than they are - but the price is an enormous chunk of the population driven out of the middle class, and into the arms to the state.
I, too, struggle with gaps in income. There is certainly something that feels wrong about a guy building himself a third home in the Hamptons when a mother can't feed her kids in Tulsa. But, I have come to recognize that society as a whole tends to do better when we let douche bags build third home in the Hamptons than if we try to find a way to even everything out.

After showing President Barack Obama with an 8-point lead in September, the Pew Research Center now finds a deadlocked presidential race among registered voters — and a 4-point Romney lead among those most likely to vote:
Coming out of the debate, Mitt Romney’s personal image has improved. His favorable rating has hit 50% among registered voters for the first time in Pew Research Center surveys and has risen five points since September. At the same time, Obama’s personal favorability rating has fallen from 55% to 49%.
In the presidential horserace, Romney has made sizable gains over the past month among women voters, white non-Hispanics and those younger than 50. Currently, women are evenly divided (47% Obama, 47% Romney). Last month, Obama led Romney by 18 points (56% to 38%) among women likely voters. …
Romney now ties Obama in being regarded as a strong leader and runs virtually even with the president in willingness to work with leaders of the other party. And by a 47% to 40% margin, voters pick Romney as the candidate who has new ideas.
Conversely, Obama continues hold leads as the candidate who connects well with ordinary people and takes consistent positions on issues. And Obama leads by 10 points (49% to 39%) as the candidate who takes more moderate positions on issues.

Polls are about as accurate as the recently released jobs report.
Pew Poll says:
Pew: Romney Leads By 4 In Post-Debate Survey

But again, polls are not what elects a president so we can all debate it til the cows drop pies and it won't mean a damn thing.

Many people from all of those countries come to the USA to have treatment done. If government healthcare was soo great that wouldn't be happening.
In your mind, is there any limits on what government should do or not? Or, do you believe that the government should be able to tell me what brand of ass whipe I should be using?

Sorry wallstreet but you don't know what you're talking about. I am an insurance broker. In a lot of cases the individual market is cheaper than a group plan is. Also the coverage is just as good as a group plan. If you have an individual plan it is spread across a lot more people than a large group. I see with my own eyes as to what is happening with the market and, prices for middle income families is going to sky rocket with this bullshit that you call obamacare
