Jr. Hockey Saturday

Don't normally post things like this because it usually comes back to bite me in the arse, but what the hell. Syracuse has lost both their goalies and called up a kid from ECHL and signed another to a PTO. Will take my chances with Rochester tonight as they are looking for a win. Will say that Syracuse has OWNED the Amerks but have to play the no goalie angle. Good luck if you opt to play. 

I know most don't pay attention to the Jr. league but here is a funny stat that is ongoing. 

Springfield vs Bridgeport - 48 minutes played, a total of 5 SOG from both teams and 4 of them have gone in...

 5 SOGs and 4 go in?!?!  I'm pretty sure I've never come across anything close to that.  Wow...

And by the way, can't diminish the fact that there's only been a total of 5 shots in the game - through almost 2 full periods??!! 

That's crazy.
