Morning Gentlemen and Jules 

Thank you for your participation Blues and Caps, enjoy the summer. Welcome back Smashville. I will not begin to discuss the Oilers as I have Oiler friends and I think that is a very sensitive subject at the moment. Stated before, that North Division, avoid it like the plague. 

Leafs/Habs: Watched 1st two games. Other than the injury situation to JT, and Price standing on his head in game 1. The Leafs have really dominated. Now we do get the Habs at home (but what is that helping right now?) Leafs have a winning record in Montreal this season. 

Isles/Pens: Not only has this series split at home, the O/U is also going O/U/O/U. Jarry needs to step it up and so does that first line for the Pens. Now the first line is partially the Isles fault but Jarry. No excuse. Just think if Rutherford had of kept MAF in Pittsburgh. Sorry, homerism getting the best of me. 3 of the first 4 were 1 goal games. Interestingly enough the Isles has outscored the Pens 13-11 (that is a over a 3 goal average for the Isles by the way). The biggest problem with this game, it is on at the same time as the Bolts/Cats game.

Bolts/Cats: Hearing rumblings that Spencer Knight might get the start in net for the Cats. Still awaiting injury reports on Kucherov and Sergachev. Ok, I will be the first to admit, I didn't think that Kuch would make THIS big of a difference, but he has. I watched the ALMIGHTY Caps PP last night and was just thinking, that PP doesn't have crap on the Bolts PP, lethal. This will be a battle from the drop of the puck. Why am I leaning Florida? 

Oil/Jets: Uh, is there a book available, "Betting for Dummies"? Oil opened up as favorites AGAIN! After that stupid penalty, the Jets took control. I thought they physically handled the Oil. Here is something I heard. This series just started 6 days ago and could be over tonight. Interesting to watch who each team will start in net. I think the Jets could afford to rest Hellebuyck but something tells me they will not. Welcome back Ehlers. 

Wild/Vegas: Close out game. Vegas at home, arena will be FULL capacity (ahem, Canada). Anyone watch the last period of that Wild game the other night? I saw a bunch of Wildlings hanging their heads. After game one, Vegas has dominated this series similar to the Avs dominating the Blues. After being shutout in game 1, the Knights have scored 12 goals in 3 games, while the Wild have scored 4 goals in the series. 

Busy Monday but this is a start. What do you want to talk about? 

bolts/cats is hard to predict til we see injuries/lineups.....florida and the goalie roulette is never a good idea tho

like vegas to get it done tonight, deeper team by a longshot, wild goalie came back down to earth a bit after the amazing game 1

Like Tb/ fla UNDER 6, Vegas 2end it 2nite. Pittsburgh n Toronto 2get victories.

Confident Hellebuyck will start. Coaches know that you never take your foot off the opponent's throat. 

I wonder, however, if we might see Koskinen...not that Smith is to blame for this mess.

I think the Panthers win this one (before losing the next game) regardless of whether or not Kucherov and Sergachev play.

Would think that Minny has another win in them but the Knights and Fleury have been solid so I wouldn't count on it.

Think the Pens win but Cats will at least score 3 even if they do lose. 

Liking the over in the Jets/Oil game for the reason that Tone states, elimination game and it will all hands on deck. 

I like TB over, no reason to move away from that 

also like Edm over and Vegas -1, I think minny  is cooked

 Sharps are all over Isles who have played better and have the advanced stats to prove it. Just wondering why your so strong on Pens other than they are playing at home?

Honest answer. I am wearing my Pens tunnel vision glasses. Most know, I am a Pens homer. Hoping that Sid shows up offensively. He hasn't yet. No other reason. Isles are strong and appear to be getting stronger. We'll see. 

Bolts/cats over and Vegas close it out tonight.

Oilers me but I made  on the bruins series and have cup futures on bruins , whalers and avalanche to win cup

Good luck enjoy the playoffs . Had to check up on some buddies on suicide watch after the oiler collapse last night just kidding.

 What do you think of the totals? I'm leaning under & 1st period under but so far this series it has been O/U/O/U.

 Don't usually play game totals, just tt's. Pens have scored 3 or more in 2 of the 4 games (mainly because of the Isles D) and they have scored 3 or more in 6 of the last 10 meetings. If you stick with the pattern of OUOU, then this is an over, 4-3 type game but who knows. 

Hellebucyk confirmed to start.

Kucherov will play.

Still like Florida to score at least 3 but the over is looking better.

Couple of questions for you guys! Wasn’t Cam Talbot on Oilers last year and if yes why the f’ck didn’t they keep him ! Smith is ok but too old for every game. Seriously why no fans at all Canadians , 1/4 to1/2 full ? Can’t control COVID and or liberal type leadership?

 Don't know a damn thing about metrics, not that smart and don't care, but if I am ever wrong in posting stats, feel free to correct me. I try to be as honest as possible in giving stats. 

I have Pens in 6 so hope they win today and I can hedge the series bet next game

Pens tt has jumped up to 3.5, could fiddle in the middle and hope the number lands on 3 goals. Naw...

Adding Vegas PL- too bad I won't be up to watch it.
