the issue is the GM keeping Cousins around when he proved to be awful. or keeping Koo who sucked as a kicker and blew multiple games for them.  

Falcons we awful with guys like Dan Quinn, Arthur Smith, Mike Smith etc.  Raheem is turning around a sad team.  Too bad he was stuck with Cousins for far too many games
