People use the word value just to be a bigshot

Could be way off on this but, I think the books are just early season confused as to what the bettors will do based on what we've seen so far.

You've got a Dallas team that played the Eagles really tough and put up 40 points in week 2.  I get the couldn't stop anyone but I'd chalk it up to flow of game vs. glaring Dallas defense problem.

Then You've got a Chicago team with a relatively steady young QB who played tough against Minn (who admittedly doesnt look great) and put up 21 on Detroit in the blow out.  

It'll be interesting to see the percentage of tickets 

I would think that public perception would side with Dallas with that betting line as the much better team. Therefore, Chicago probably wins the game. Seems like a troll for Dallas money to me.

I had it at Chicago -1, looks to me like a game books are saying flip a coin and looking to have even action. Both have really bad defensive problems and good looking offenses. I would go with the Bears if I had to but I dont think it looks fishy bc its hard to have any confident opinion on this game.
