Pittsburgh Steelers -1 Green Bay Packers
The under achievers vs the over achievers. Awesome value here boys. Pittsburgh is playing for pride at this point. As an embarrassment to Pittsburgh the past few weeks look for the Steelers to give something for the home crowd to watch. Maybe an outside shot at the playoffs but unlikely. Green Bay is a good team, but they have been playing way over their heads lately. Wins over a fumbling Dallas team, Chicago, Detroit, SF and Baltimore hasn't been that impressive. Wins over Balt and Dallas were at home. With the public all over the road dog at +1 usually spells trouble. Bank on the Steelers this weekend boys its in the bag. Steelers play well at home. I highly doubt that GB D line will do as well as they did last game. With protection issues last game vs the Browns you have to believe the Pitts O-line bounces back.........
LUV IT !!!

when you have a read on the game, you have a read on the game. There are better games out there? Really? This is my game, so go screw yourself junior. I don't give a shit whether the Steelers lost to Rutgers. Situational play son. Put your money on the Pack, I don't give a shit

Did Buffalo quit last week? Did Carolina quit last week? Im sick of all the people that say teams quit. The fact is players are playing for jobs and to keep their jobs, coaches are coaching to keep their jobs. Ill be damned if Pittsburgh mails it in.............These are professional organizations people. A team may quit at the end of a game, but not before...........
great point

Bruce_W...gotta agree with you on the argument the a team is due. Everyone is due. Also, to say GB is an over-achiever...GB has a lot of talent on their team, really, two things have really kept them out of at least two or three more victories this season. Penalties and sacks. Sacks they have gotten under control. Penalties, still an issue and I'm happy to get rid of the coach for that. Pure discipline. If it wasn't for all the penalties agaisnt Balt, they never would have crossed the 50 yard line. Pitt can't win at home or on the road right now. Without Troy on D, they are open to a large passing attack. Rodgers is putting up great numbers this year with a solid WR crew. Pitt has lost to a couple of the worst teams, both at home and on the road. Granted GB has a lost to TB, but I think that was the wake up game for them this year. Playing on the road is always a test in the NFL...but GB is playing for a playoff spot. Depending on what happens Saturday night, a Dallas loss and GB win clinches a playoff spot. GB is not going to overlook clinching that spot. A Dallas loss and GB loss all of a sudden puts a lot more pressure for the playoffs. This is an important game for GB. Cold weather is not an issue for either team. They only thing that will even this matchup out will be rain and vey soggy conditions taking away the passing game. Then I could see a low scoring afair, but still then, with the GB D, I don't see Pitt getting a TD. I see GB winning this game straight up. I'd be more worried with GB the week after if they win and especially if they clinch. That trend shows the team covering agaist the Steelers this year not covering the next week. With a lack of discipline in the coaching staff, I could see a let down the following week. But this is not the week for it. GB will continue to get Rodgers to get rid of the ball quick to avoid the sacks. Pitt will take their chances downfield to hope for penalties. Hopeing for penalites is not game plan.
GB to cover and a lean on the under.
