I was in on the fix today Colts -2.5. Boom. Haha.
I don't believe the NFL is rigged. It's near impossible and if systematic it would have come out by now.
Seriously though if (and it's a big if) games are fixed. It would not be every game. It would not happen every week and maybe only once or twice in a season on an upset that comes from no where. If it happens regularly there is more a chance that it is found out. The odds of keeping it quiet on a regular basis about zero. Too many people involved.
More likely to happen would be for a prop, eg first score to be a field goal etc. Over here in Australia we had a player whose friend placed a large wager on first points scored to be a penalty goal. This player gave away a penalty pretty much straight in front of the posts. The team happened to be playing a very conservative coach who took the penalty goal to open the scoring. This was eventually investigated and found out.
The damage done if uncovered would be astronomical. I mean not only players, coaches the league etc but authorities would have to be in on it. There is nothing wrong with thinking outside of the box on occasion. Some people just like to think too far outside the box.

Stop it just stop it...the day they let coaches challenged the flags/zebra instead of the just the plays/call on the field is that day your reply will have any substances!!!

So you want the coaches to be able to challenge the umpires calls in play? Turn a game that already has a lot of breaks into an even longer one. You're kidding right. The majority of times those flags are thrown a lot longer before we know the outcome of the play.
But all I can say is WOW

If you people feel so strong that the NFL is fixed .If you believe for 40 years people have come and gone, tens of thousands ,new people every year, and know one has got themselves in trouble that exposing a hint of fixing would get them out of it,and they all said nothing .Everyone is taking it to the grave .Even my neighbors kid who edits film of the NFL ,has to be in on it .Someone must have him taking out certain plays ,so nothing shows up on film. Do you get it ,that's how far down the line ,starting with the owners,to his staff to coaches, players ect... People ratting out there mother in this society to get out of a parking ticket ,and you idiots think ,this is fixed ,but you still try to beat the game .and put your money down . The argument with the Refs in NBA game is not valid ,they were caught ,someone got in trouble and told ...
Someoone explain exactly how it would be done ..

The NFL is not involved in any rigging. Once in a while a ref is bribed or threatened by the mob to make sure a certain outcome occurs on a heavily bet night game, maybe once a season. And maybe the rigged side is winning legitimately anyways and doesn't need any extra help from the bribed ref. The ref would just be insurance.

Even good old Albert is dumber for having read the above two posts.
A lone player who may or may not have been taking money for autographs and a cheating hugs and kisses is drawing a long bow to relate to NFL rigging.
For starters in comparison that is very small scale. Not to the emotional state of the cheated I guess but in relation to the number of people involved.
In most of the Western world infidelity is not a criminal act. Hence why you don't need proof of an action. Where are you going to put her away? The dog kennel.... If you are suspicious of your misso and have trust problems fine deal with it.
Rigging an NFL game would get you time in the slammer. For this you actually do need some form of evidence.....

No I think I comprehended them well enough.
Your trying to say you don't need proof to know that your missus is sleeping around like you don't need proof to know sports games are rigged. I'm saying they are two totally different situations and can't even believe someone like you who tries come off as being an intellect could even try and possibly relate them.
They just aren't good examples to use. The scale of what would be involved just does not even relate. I'm not upset that you attempt to draw a really long string with a such a short bow. it's actually quite admirable. Keep trying. It kind of amuses me.
Though at the end of the day. If you believe that probably thousands of people are getting paid off (and it would have to be big money considering the size of what these athletes and officials get paid) plus possibly risking the consequence of being jailed all to rip you off a 10 dollar bet. Maybe investing is more for you.
