The Celtics have obviously been the dominant team for a vast majority of this series. The Lakers dominated the first half of last game, and the 4th quarter of Game 2 when the C's stopped playing defense. Other than that, the Celtics have been able to exploit the Lakers on defense with KG and Pierce/Allen and shut down Kobe reasonably enough.
The motivating factors for the Celtics outweigh those for the Lakers in this game for the most part. This is the first game where my heart is desperately trying to get in the way of my head. My head says the Lakers will not allow Boston to take this game in their place. My head also says that without the refs advantage, the Celtics are just a flat out better and deeper team. The Lakers bench was a huge advantage throughout the playoffs, but have been grossly out-played this series.
Before the series I said Celtics in 6 games. They would win the 2 at home, take one in LA, and win it at home. However, after watching how this series has unfolded, the veterans on the Celtics want this more than the younger guys on the Lakers. Kobe can't do it by himself, and he I think realizes that now. I may regret this later, but I'm going against what I predicted right from the start of this series.
Line Movements are a good tell, as most of the money has been on the Celtics and the percentages have stayed the same. Over/Under has been going up as well, and when that happens you follow suit.
