Suns v Nets....Suns at the moment at -8. All right so Cam Thomas had 47 last night and went off against the Clippers. And Clippers aren't that bad defensively so Kudos to the Nets for that. Often times though what i see is when a star player/players aren't playing for a team (e.g. Kyrie last night gone from the Nets) that first game without them the team plays really well. But then the second game they bounce and come back down to reality - I am hoping that is the case with the Nets tonight, Cam doesn't have such a big night and the team on a whole on a back to back comes back down from that bounce game last night and don't play as well. It's like horse racing - give the horse a layoff and freshen him up with some workouts and first race back they race well but second race they regress. Yeah, I am into horse racing. They (Nets) gave up 124 to the Clippers who started slow. My hope is that the Suns with Devin Booker back his first game get some excitement injected into them because of that. I also think the Suns play a bit faster than the Clippers especially with Paul and Booker full strength. Yes, I know Booker will be on restricted minutes. So let's just say Cam Thomas don't get 47 tonight where will the scoring come from on a shorthanded Nets team - i think Watanabe ain't playing tonight. So we got Nets shorthanded cause Dinwiddie and Finny-Smith ain't suiting up yet, we got them on a back to back, we got to slow down Cam, we got to believe Suns get added life with Booker and we got to believe Suns wear down and pull away against the Nets tonight.
Yeah, sorry it's a long write up but there are my thoughts. And yeah I know it's the NBA ....what you thing?

Just wanted to point out that Kyrie didn’t play on Saturday either and Cam Thomas had 44 off the bench. So kinda throws a wrench into your theory of teams performing well without their star for only 1 game. Good luck with your play though
