Howzit going out there NBA Fans So I’m a lifetime Rockets fan fortunate enough to see the 1986 Team beat the mighty Lakers at the old Summit Game 3 Western Finals 117-109. Dream had 40, Kareem 33, Worthy 29. Rockets were on their way to face Boston in the Finals as Ralph Sampson’s fadeaway eliminated the Lakers game 5 on their court.
a lot of decades later Rockets again a have been competitive the past two seasons…making a playoff run this year, and setting marks with a solid road record, top shelf defense, and a nightly rebound edge on anyone in the league.
So 2025, we scoop Durant (not my dude) who does seem to fit… we shipped Green and Dillon Brooks away (also not my dudes) win there. We committed to Amen as our superstar and Senguin as our future dudes. I feel mighta over spent for Van Vleet but can’t argue with his playoff DNA and leadership. BIG fan of the Dorian Fin-Smith acquisition. Held on to Eason and some important pieces…
Did my Rockets make great changes? Did they go all in on one season? Will they have enough to test OKC, DEN?
