Dallas had only 1.8% to win the NBA draft lottery. What was the odd at the sport books for the Mavericks to win the 1st pick?

 +3900 I was really looking at them earlier and the spurs but I thought it was a waste of money considering the probability. Lo and behold they are really taking the Flagg.
