Brandon Pfaadt's first ever start in the big league...

 

was against the Texas Rangers. 9 hits, 7 runs 

 

Yet the Diamondbacks still found a way to win that game with their offense. 5 months later Pfaadt has been instrumental in the Dbacks playoff success.

 

Is Pfaadt due for a bad game in the playoffs? And if so can the Dbacks offense bat their way out of it? an_light

Dbacks bats don't have good numbers against Scherzer, a collective .147 overall. then again not the same Scherzer from the past, so this will be interesting..

Took Ari. F-5 -110,

In about 45 days Max has only pitched 6.2 innings total, Ari. pitcher was on fire against Phils so it is worth a bet on him but do not want to deal with bullpens.
