Again, espn has individual breakdowns of performances. For SP, this would list his starts against certain teams with the same splits that it does for hitters. Idk how long you'd want it reaching back, I personally wouldn't put much stock in performances from prior seasons for individual teams b/c of the rapid turnover of lineups now-a-days. I guess you could factor in pitcher performance history in certain ballparks but generally if its of any significance, its built into the juice.
But like I said to the OP, those 3 tabs ESPN has, Splits, Game log, and Bat v. Pitch will give you all the info it appears you're asking for. You can go back to 2009 and look at performances against specific teams, on the splits. Game log will show you this season's performances one by one, which can be a little more useful than splits b/c in smaller sample sizes one outing can distort the total. 2 solid outings and one bad one can still post a 5+ ERA, but his last two starts against a team might have been great. And bat v. pitch, which is why I recommended it to the OP, IMO is most helpful. A pitcher's record against a team might be great, but if the guys in the opposing lineup have never faced him it doesn't really apply to them. This has individual players in that lineup's breakdowns against said pitcher.
