TOR BP era=2.91 ba=.193 WL=6-2 SB=6-3
CLE BP era=5.95 ba=.279 WL=3-6 SB=5-5

Look for CLE's BP to grab defeat.

i thought The Indians were in a good spot today also.  i just can't believe they are -103 at my book.  on 4/10 Brian Tallet pitched 2.1 innings vs. The Tribe in Cleveland.  he gave up 3 ER while recording 5 K's in a relief app.  all of the runs were scored on HRs (1 solo).  Tallet gave up 10 ER in 4 innings his last start, but was pretty good the 2 starts he had before that (1 ER in 11 innings).

Carmona has been just barely decent in his last few starts.  If he had a little run support he'd have a couple more wins, but that goes for almost any pitcher.  Hard for me to pick a side in this one.

one thing i don't like about The Indians in this game is that Carmona is a sinkerballer and Cleveland's infield is horrible.  DeRosa at 3rd and Cabrera at 2nd are decent, but Peralta at short is poor, and Garko + Martinez at 1st are flat-out imcompetent (w/ Carmona on the mound, Martinez will be behind the plate).

It looks like Bill Welke in toronto and the rest will slowly be released throughout the day. Most likely closer to game time.

Experience is a great way to learn, and over the years it has become apparent that one of the keys to handicapping is consistency. Good morning AJ.......just wondering......
Does an umpire crew stay for an entire 3 or 4 day home stand?
For example....did the crew do all the Bal. games in Tor. and a
new crew arrive for todays's Clev. series?
What is the normal pattern?
 
Any help would be appreciated!


New crews arrive for new series. The same crew will do eveery game of a series. You have your example right.

This should be it for side plays. Total plays will have to wait for umpires.
