Been following these games a good bit. I watched almost every game shown on ESPN and think I am ready for a few plays each day. Here goes the early analysis so far.
1)Pitching is the most important position in baseball no matter the league you play in. Good pitching can overcome great offenses. It's a matter of hitting your locations and knowing what you are doing. These managers in this league are really good but also really patient. They have to because the bullpens for each team is horrible. That's what happens when each team can only have a max of 3 foreign players and a small pool of talent to choose from. Still fun to watch. Because of this:
- Doosan and SK will continue a downhill trend because the pitching is terrible and the offense can't overcome the bad pitching and defense
-NC, LG and Kiwoom should be battling the rest of the season for first place. I love how important first place means for the season. I am however excited about the attitude Matt Williams brings to KIA. I expect them to make a charge if pitching continues to improve.
2)Umpires suck and continue to favor home teams with terrible strike zone calls. Only home field advantage in this league currently.
3)LG Robert Ramos and KIA Preston Tucker are the best hitters in the league. MVP will come down to these two. Jose Fernandez has been figured out by the pitchers and yet he can't figure out how to fix it.
Plays for 5/20. Small small plays until I feel better and confident in what I am playing.

I'm on the Kiwoom play very heavy here. I can't fathom how a 2-11 team would rattle off 2 in a row here against a top 4 team in this league. Kiwoom wins this game more than 80% of the time and the chance of the game being close is not great. 21 units on Kiwoom -1.5 and if it's a loser I am willing to live with the result.
