 here in chicago, going to game, 10mph wind blowing in. at what mph does wind velocity make it a no bet (on the flip side, if blowing out, what wind velocity has noticeable impact)?

Thanks guys, appreciate ya'll. With light winds, 10mph, it doesn't change my thought on my picks, either blowing in or blowing out. If the winds are howling 20 mph or stronger, then i consider either way.
