Early game angle (too good to be true?)

Miami/Tampa F5 Under 5

Tampa coming off late night victory at expense of Ranger errors. Marlins not scoring much recently. Under hit past 5/6 games. 

Two pitchers in their element lately. 
Cabrera scoreless last 11+ 

Littell coming off complete game while giving up 2 and 1 in the two previous starts.
Rays 7-0 last 7 Littell starts.

no rest for Marlins for a while and game is  at 1:00pm.  Prob good value on Rays here too.  Like it to stay low scoring early with the two pitchers here.  Hot day could open up runs later in game.  F5 under 5 book it ?
