College World Series thread…

Wow!  Talk about a collapse by Louisville.  I fortunately had taken over 11.5 and just hit it on this collapse.  That said, reminds me a lot of the Arizona game a few days ago in the bottom of the 8th when the wheels fell off.  

I think OSU is a better matchup vs coastal than Louisville so if they can close it out, I’m not mad about it.

Haha you are too modest. It is all of our thread. You definitely have been a great contributor. 17% chance of rain but no thunderstorms, mostly cloudy. Might affect the pop off the bat more than anything with humidity in the air. I won't give it too much concern at least right now. Might warrant looking back and waiting to put bets in before the first pitch. What are your thoughts?

If Oregon State gets out of here with the bases juiced and no outs, they might win the whole F ing thing (in my best Lou Brown voice). That would be a miracle of miracles.

Or maybe not. Sac fly ends it. Ville 7 to Oregon State 6. One hell of a game. Those that had Ville ML parlayed to over 10 or 10.5 on their bingo card that is Yahtzee! Looking forward to tonight!

I’m seeing a few different forecasts. My Apple weather shows what you’re seeing….low chance of rain. But the Weather Channel says 77% chance of rain at 7:00 and 99% chance between 8:00-10:00. At the very least that would be a delay and I’m not sure they’d restart after 11:00. I don’t know what to trust here

Hey all, it looks like the worst forecast has the rain stopping at 10:00. I think they'll likely get this game in. Unless of course, the lightning sticks around. Just in case, I'll place the wager with my book that doesn't cancel suspended playoff games. I recommend checking with your book's house rules on suspended games. 

As far as the match-up goes, it's hard to imagine Arkansas not mopping the floor with the Bruins. I'm closing some parlays with the ML and -1.5

Agreed I will be on them too. More than likely. Just looking for a better live line. Bases loaded and the running on third gets tagged out trying to steal home. Ouch.  

Well there goes that opportunity. 2 run bomb and Arky up 2 rip already. Damn might have to sit this one out and save my money for the Stanley Cup tonight. That UCLA +5.5 live line looks juicy though. You have to think UCLA goes all out and will score some runs. Pass though. 

@jesron1269 - Too bad you couldn’t grab it when the bases were loaded in the 1st. Only 2 run game, you still may get another chance. Hopefully not though 

Yeah Root looking strong after that shaky first inning. I was really hoping for a run or two to score and then get on Arky. When the bases were loaded with 1 out the lowest I saw the Arky ML was -210. BOL!
