people like UT in this one, huh? gotta think about this one... most likely won't play... couldn't see betting against Florida with that joke of a QB that the Vols have, though...

Early I am leaning heavily on Gators. UT only average at best. Did anyone see BYU and UCLA last sat??? UCLA looked awful and UT did not look that great against a weak UAB team. UT needs a QB.

I hate to say it but my Vols are in trouble. The secondary is much better than last year but not good enough to stop FLA. We'll be outcoached, out-executed and make some stupid mistakes that will cost UT any chance of winning this game.

This game shouldnt even be close this is the classic matcup like USC / OSU. A way over talented team facing a OK team at best only thing is Coach Meyers has a talent for over complicating things. Were as Carroll at USC lines up better players and just out plays the other team. This is a statement game for Gators win this BIG and you are # 2 and only thing between them and USC playing for the National Championship is a SEC Championship.

It should be extremely concerning to all the UT backers in this game that Crompton, even against a shady UAB team, threw 2 interceptions. He will not get away with this against arguably the second best defence in the country. On top of this, how did UT lose to UCLA and Kevin Craft? Inexcusable and it is the key tell for me.
Percy will be utilized more, Florida defensively has looked sharp.
I'll be buying the hook to -7 and hitting it hard. GLTA.

Dont throw your money away betting on ROCKY FLOP Percy Harvin says he is better then ever that could mean real troube for this VOLS team. Plus Tebow will thrive on all that energy of a 100,000 screaming Orange fans against him he loves the BIG stage.

gotta play the gators on this one.. there is no way tenn matches up with them all game..
gators cover..
Oahu... there are some people who i consider good cappers on this site (and there aren't that many) who really like Tennessee in this... even on the ML...
has me baffled, because i definitely don't see it that way... i'm with you on this one...

Tennessee is better on defense then they get credit for. I know UCLA made em look bad second half and even worse after getting shalacked by BYU...but they are good enough back there to keep all of the action in front of them and not give up the long ball.
Problem is, their linebackers are terrible in pass coverage, so the short little 8-12 yarders will be there all day. I don't think this one will get out of hand, but Tennessee does not have the firepower to come back if they get down by a 10 early. Maybe the home crowd will help...but I think my boys will fight it out and at least make it respectable against a team that is clearly in a different class.

Early on I thought TN would be able to exploit Florida's defense but I have seen nothing impressive from the offense....even against a weak UAB after an off week. I have to play Florida here with a 3 unit bet. It looks like a stronger play but Tenn plays best when they are desperate and there is much unrest in the Vol camp. Backs against the wall, coach under fire, and they were humiliated last year are all psychological plusses for TN and is why I will not lay a large bet. Remember what TN did to Georgia lastyear under very similar circumstances. I don't think they are god enough to beat Florida with Crompton at QB, but they will play them very tough.
If TN can run the ball effectively, they have a chance at home by shortening the game and keeping the Florida offense off the field. I have seen nothing to suggest TN can throw the ball on anyone, so Florida will stack the box to stop the run.
Three unit play for me. I have pretty strong confidence on this one, but sometimes the best team doesn't get it done despite superior athleticsm. Florida has yet to play a quality offense, so who knows? Florida 31 TN 13

I like the VOLS in this game, and I go to bama. I just think in a rivalry game like this in Neyland it will be close. Florida wins by like 4 or 7. and vols cover
