I have Gator ml. 

Can't Florida decline that offside penalty? And then get a yard for 1st down, 2 min warning hits, and we should be kneeling to end the game. 

Am I wrong? Napier is a moron but is he THAT dumb?

I dont understand what im seeing here. This is absolutely bananas coaching malpractice. Even if they win they should fire him.

Earlier in the 4th quarter he wasnt letting the clock run down w a 2 TD lead either. And then he called a pass play. Game should actually e over already

Google says you can decline offside w contact penalty, is that true?

If it was against Texas that should be five yards why would you decline it. You can't decline a penalty on your own team. I didn't see the situation so I dont know the facts
